29th July 2006

Saturday

 

Time: 8.30am

Meet: Petronas After 2nd Link (Plan to be at Spore Immigration at 8am)

 

Breakfast @ ayer hitam 86km

Will eat at corner coffee shop... @ traffic lites

(Please Pack something for lunch)

 

Durian @ Pagoh 40km

- bring container if u wanna Ta-pau

(will stop be coconut stall after durian, join the Non-Durian Riders)

-cost of durians...

- From $1 -4rm per kilo

- Small durian 1kg... big 2kg... Bigger.... 3kg

- Think 2kg will the average one can eat.

 

Ahem... Saw a bunch of small durians priced @ $12rm per Kg...

Must be some super quality... XXXO ahh..

 

Pagoh - Labis 62km

 

Labis - Bekok Waterfall 20km

(Bring your Swim Wear & Towel)

 

Riding back:

 

Bekok - Yong Peng 50km

Yong Peng - 2nd link 100km

 

Back 2nd Link Gelang Patah before sunset...

Coconut Stall ($2rm per fresh coconut) drinks from cup cheaper.

 

Also will let u ride in the front of convoy... This gonna be fun!

hmmm.. my guess would be photoshop... reviewing it at 100% n croping it... then set the image size as 800 x 600. upload to http://img.photobucket.com and ensuring the image size to be undr 1mb. if ur img is above 1mb, it will be automatic be reduce in res.

U notice the abandon house behind.

Lookin at the pic... I reconize the Building.

 

I stayed there before...

Use to belong to my Uncle. And the land was a farm.

We come over from ponggol in a boat.

Water was clear! swampy though.

Plenty of Mangroves.

 

Land now donated to a non-profit organization...

Mmm.. Not much done. Look wasted.

 

Aiya... should have gave it to us...

The Hornet 250 shares the same fuel tank as the 600 (lest the newer 600s).

Check out MotoWorld (Kaki Bukit) for that tank bra. They should have them.

 

As for fuel efficiency, 2A bikes are already a good trade-off..

As for Class 2 bikes.. riders would not be discussing much on fuel/cost savings.

 

I normally change gears at 8k rpm (seems a healthy figure for Hornet 250).

It's a revvy bike.. It's supposed to rev high.. It's built for high revs.. Ok you get me. :cheeky: :faint:
