Recon aircraft

Strike fighter

1x Hyosung Comet

 

Air superiority fighters

1x Aprilia RS125

1x NSR

 

Heavy bombers

1-2x Phantom

4x unknown reinforcements

 

Flight plan:

At 2200hrs, Toa Payoh Lorong 5 Esso station, refuel/rearm for long range armed reconnaissance mission.

 

Weapons and fuel loadout at pilots' discretion.

 

Proceed to mission area passing Upper Thomson, Kranji and Lim Chu Kang waypoints (primary objective) in sequence to evade enemy air defences.

 

After passing the RSAF emergency runway, egress south and east to the 99 Bends (via industrial highways) before engaging targets of opportunity in central Singapore.

 

Loiter max. 1 hr and disperse to return to base.

already fun, but tired journey..

My 100kph motorised armchair (now with 47km/l FC!) ate up all the backroads, with a very fierce Hyosung Comet right smack in my mirror all the time! Fantastic formation flying.

 

We also had a guest star (Contrarian) with his awesome BMW adventure tourer that led the first touge run through Devil's Bend. At the back we had some serious riders in 2B sportsbikes keeping a very wide spacing to work their high horsepower magic through the sweeping turns while the streetfighters dueled at close range!

 

All in all the most fun outing I've ever had in SBF, and we achieved that with zero planning, no rules, pure initiative and personal skill.... anime style :3

 

We had 9 bikes in total - from memory the ORBAT was something like this:

 

Streetfighter Group

Kalyan (CBX200 Super Two )

Contrarian (BMW!!! my fav bike)

Huxian +1 (Time Attack Hyosung Comet)

ProfCJP (just tuned-up Phantom)

ProfCJP's friend (nice CB400)

 

"Supersport" Group

Chenzw3 (X1R) +1 - short range deployment only

Lacrimosae (RS125 Supersport Custom)

Lacrimosae's Wingman (RS125)

Thomas (NSR SP Silver Bullet Custom) +1

Lol you should have seen me touge up front with the BMW and the (VERY FAST) Hyosung! Upgrade to Super 2?

 

But yeah get used to bike first before you try doing Cub Prix with Phantom. Maybe need to do up suspension first (my front forks are F1 style, super stiff)

And btw you did really well - no matter what speed the group is doing, always ride at about 70% at your max capability (your eyes will tell you if you're going too fast for your skill level). Going into a bend too fast and realising you're understeering and gonna crash = utterly scary :3 (not worth it!)
