Hi sadan1,

 

Can you share before the problem occur,

 

How long did you ride eg 10 minutes or 10 km?

Is it stop n go traffice on a hot afternoon?

What did you did or repair to try n solve the problem?

What is your bike milage?

Did the mechanic use the diagnostic connector under the passenger seat to get the error code?

 

 

Normally it will happened randomly, as to say may happen today or may not the other day.

it will randomly happened in any weather condition.

i went to planet motor to ask the mech, and he also cannot rectify the problem as i had already service my fuel pump, auto choke and clutch pump due to wear and tear.

my bike mil is 68k

the mech didnt use any connector to diagnose any thing or open up to get error code??(please advice which mech to go to to see the problem?)

is it due to EFI timing issue?

You could try check HKL Blk 1008 #10-24. Look for Ah Jiang 62756566.

Hi Azzy,I send the bike to agent, apparently one of my relatives had the same issue on his bike too. After checking by the agent, they said test ride the bike, no issue at all. they helped me tighten all the loose nuts ans etc, will continue to monitor. thanks.

Did BS tighten the ground wire nuts or which electrical connection? Please update and hope it resolve your issue. PM you my contact if you want to meet up for coffee.

Guys can i check you all if the light indicator(FI) is blinking on the panel, what could be the problem and how can i solve it?

It's an fi error code. Need to take note the blinking pattern and refer back to manual for error code. Have 33 code i think.if not sure bring to reputable shop to check with.

Haha.. i sold off my gsxr600 liao.. decided to get a bike for comfort and touring.. at least now my gf sits happily and comfortably when we go for long trips.. heheh!

I have 12v acc but I hook up the garmin power cable direct to my power box below seat. Cable runs underneath panel and out near handlebar.Live when bike switch on.

Hmm.. u have any pics to illustrate? Wat u mean by power box? So urs only can connect ur gps and not other accessories? Sorry ar i abit blur..

i'm actually looking to buy this bike. so checking the FC. the bike I viewed gets average of 12km/hr. so wonder if thats normal.
