then u can go there with your wife and check out the stock. my wife oso love the 1 she's having now.

acutally i intend to get both same color but sizes are very limited and the new stock & design are blief to come aft CNY, so i din wait any further...

there is 1 thing u hav to consider between drymaster & mesh jacket. mesh jacket is cheaper and suay suay (touch wood) kena accident, its cheaper to get another mesh jacket, dry master is more ex. con is dat mesh jacket do not protect u from rain but drymaster is rain-proof.

dis is quite a difficult decision to me b4 i buy them but i got the drymaster as i dun wana stop over and put on another raincoat at NSHW when it rains if i get mesh jacket...

if u dun see dat as a prob, juz get mesh jacket and another set of 2 size-up raincoat.

 

juz my 2 cents. hope u get a good deal there ^_^

The issue for me is convenience. I wouldn't want to stop to wear a raincoat whenever it rains. The Drymaster is exactly what i need. Btw, is the Drymaster suitable for daily riding in Singapore weather? I'm afraid it might get too hot to wear it.

then good good. at least u know wat u wan. not like me.

 

dun hav to worry for dat. there are a few zips for ventilation. its quite easy to open & close them when u get use to their locations. during hot weather, u can unzip them for more air flow. afterall, juz like wearing FF, juz hav to get use to it. in worse scenario, lower the main front zip a little to get more air flow lor.

 

due to tight budget, i got 2 pairs of Komine knee+shin guard instead of riding pants.

i dun really recc ppl which is good, same goes for FF, cos u gotta go down to a few shops & try them out & see which 1 fits u comfortably.

the size is partly determine by height but is also affected by body build too. so, even i'm a super good salesman, i can tell wat size suites u by juz telling me your height.

 

as for the mesh jacket, Komine JK-003 & JK-005 selling at $150 for my last known price. stock for sizes are limited. they are quite comfortable to me but it doesn't keep u dry in the rain.

there are other brands & models available. u can juz go down and try them out and if u r not in hurry, u can wait till after cny cos they have new stock arriving after dat.

eh bro, i know price is a big factor for us but i suggest dun let the price difference affect your decision. it about wat u need, wat fits u more & which 1 suites u more.

of cos i wun say dun consider the price between higher-end of dainese & lower-end of taichi cos dats a huge diff of amt.

comes back to the start point, go try it out.

Yeah, last known price for me is higher end of $2XX++ for the Drymaster. It will all depends on what you want. If you want for everyday use and already have a bigger-sized raincoat, then I guess mesh armour is good enough as you just have to stop somewhere to wear your raincoat. As for me, I'm lazy to stop to wear the raincoat (plus it's rather unsafe to stop at the road shoulder at expressways or roadsides on normal roads) so the Drymaster suits my requirements. Waterproof and with armour. Colourful, and with reflective strips too. =P

u juz call & check price, of cos wun hav good deal. dats y i keep saying, its best to go try it out at the shop.

i went down a few times & after spending more than 1k, of cos i can get a better price. somemore i still help her do sales when she not free leh.
