is converting to single seated legal??

I am planning to get a sp or krr150 for my next bike, but it has been my dream to convert it to a single-seated. I am just wondering whether is it legal for the conversion??

something got to do with changing the seating capacity.. similar to car, cannot anyhow remove the seats..

and heard people kena even by putting the original suzuki rear seat cover..

 

but.. heard racing foot rest also have kena before.. which is totally dumb.

 

anyway.. my current bike put one seater sure never kena one.. haha

By right, any form of modification to the bike is illegal. By left, depends. If you ask me, I would say to just do it.

sometimes regret trading the sp..

as its an unfinished project.. so many things done, only a little bit more to completion

(alloy braced swingarm, racing wheels, floating disc)

 

now i got an r125 swing arm but no suitable bike to put on..

Depends on TP if they want to give you face, depends on vehicle inspector(inspection) if they like your face or not...
