For me it is better this way.

Fishing at Kelong is Pohibited in Singapore. Unless u work there. I know cause I have been fishing since 10yrs old till now is almost 21yrs liao. But me not a good fisherman but teach novice still can lah.

 

Been to a lot of places in Msia to fish including Kuching. But I still prefer to fish at Bintan island of Indonesia. It is near n quite reasonably priced. I do organize regular fishing trips there with my kakis.

 

U guys if got any good places in Singapore other than P.Ubin, post here lah... Singapore I only got Baramudi or Grouper at P.Ubin. But biggest Baramudi I got there was about 10kg. Biggest Grouper is onli 2kg plus.... Catfish...plentiful but dont think anyone wants.

Wait till I achieve my objective.... I will be back with a more powerful engine and a more sexy bike......

No offence here u guys planning for this... By Singapore Law, to go to a Kelong here, u need to apply special permits, even if u work there. The penalty is quite heavy for both parties.

 

Think a few more times b4 doing this. I m no state service man but i have been fishing long enough to know all these.

 

If u ppl really so keen to go fishing, someday in Jan06 we can meet up n I arrange for a fishing trip to Msia or Bintan Island, on dutch. We share the trip cost together.

Wait till I achieve my objective.... I will be back with a more powerful engine and a more sexy bike......
