hey! sorry for the delay, this week is christmas week, then next week is near new year, thus we have to meet around next year! lol , we will have to plan to meet up with the girl first before we can get on the kelong, as she dont want to bring any strangers to the kelong, stay tune guys, i will plan a meeting soon! sorry for the delay

So cheap meh..? I went from Punggol Marina to Horseberg/ eastern bank also need to go dutch at about S$150/personX8 leh... Overnight trip though. Indonesia if at Bintan, I used to organize but the boat charter is usually at S$800 from 12pm to 12pm next day n Ferry from Tanah Merah to n fro cost S$40 each then the expenditure there leh.... Straits of Melaca I dont think safe... always got pirates but i hve been Pangkor Island to fish b4.. quite good. This year a lot of my friends switch to fish near Mersing.. fish quantity n quality is better there ever since after the tsunami. I went to Bintan a few trips this year but though quantity is there, quality of the fish is not. So many 3-4kg Bulats... fish till u surrender. Anyway current have not been good all yr round there. The tides have changed n sea water direction n speed have noticeably changed so much compared to the previous years when I have been fishing there.

 

Hope these information helps a bit. If u guys do have off-shore trips, dont forget me. I m on with another friend if it is not Straits of Melacca or am able to get leave from work.

U use what kind of lure for saltwater luring? I think saltwater luring must use deep diver type la. Not the shallow diver as shallow diver mostly aim for the mid level fishes like KBL. So chances r slim. If use deep diver can get more chances as it goes deep in. Can get bream or grouper.

 

I going to buy one deep diver soon.

Going to get the XPS Extreme Performance series Deep diver. The name is XPS Nitro Deep Crank and another one I going to buy is the Halco sorcerer.

Where u fished for PB.... I fish them at BR somehow not a very good spot for PB or my luring technique no good....
