Why dont try use Gold/diamond rings as bait? The catch will usually be about 38kg-50+kg..... use worm onli catch under kg fish.....

Me n a few frens are going on an offshore day-fishing trip off changi coast this thurs, 13th April. Boatman is Ah-Chai, boat can accommodate 10 people n so far we have 5 eager noob fishers.. :smile:

 

Anyone interested to join us? We're looking at another 3-4 fishing enthusiasts.

nah...shore fishing ok, but out to sea it's difficult as i work long n weird hours

the triangular fish, called Tripod Fish, is not commonly eaten, but is delicious!!!

 

cut off the 3 sharp spines, peel off the skin (it has no scales), cut off the head, de-gut and deep-fry....very very sweet!

caught offshore in ulu tiram. no luck on kbl. will try again with bait fish. they show me in their freezer 4-5kg of kbl. all booked by pple to buy at rm15 per kg.

was using live worm and live prawn. not so much luck on the prawns. but the worms was like bringing in all the fishes.

Ahh ok. Mayb u try peeled dead prawns and use bottom rigs using long leader lines.. say 6 or 7 feet on ur next trip. Good luck.. Tell us about the trip k?
