Hey Milan.... Nice signature.

I went down to Hong Leong today to enquire about the new Vmax. The salesman said that if Yamaha decides to produce, they will bring in to S'pore. But the main problem will be that LTA might not approve the full 200+hp version. :faint:

As long LTA certified the noise is legal than you should be happy lor. There is so many ppl dying to make their street legal sound louder but yet at the expense of getting caught tempering with their exhaust.

Than i help you make your exhuast louder, by removing it . LOL

Guys! I got a problem now. My pipe i brought a street legal one den i took out the sliencer den i found it too loud, so now i put it back but it still very loud leh. will there be problems if kena caught ?

I assume you are using Arrow exhaust. As long as the silencer is on, there will be no problem on the road. Unless you are going for inspection, then the rivet must be "temporary" in place.

I had my silencer "modified" (without "chiu-chiu" sound), still it is not as loud as compared without the silencer.

Tink saw your bike at BikeTech. BTW, Nice corona paintwork.

Some people measure their adventures in miles or days. I prefer "lamp posts".

there are quite a few aftermarket brands such as arrow, leo vince, gpr, remus, yoshi, laser, micron, akra etc.. blah blah... (all approved by LTA). all the above-mentioned exhausts are all good. E.g. akra is well known for its performance but also comes with a price. LV and arrow also quite good with affordable prices. Up to each preference. Was hoping that GP Evo, Race-fit would come into Sg. guess not for the present moment.

the box thing is the catalytic converter, OMG it is really heavy man. i personally carried it before. phew...

wanted to get the laser exhaust in the 1st place, but dropped the idea when i found out its not approved by LTA. If u dun mind being it non-approved, perhaps, you can try to look for M-Technik motorsports at paya Ubi.

enjoy yr sourcing for yr exhaust !!

Hi bro,

thanx for your response.. Just to check with you, how much is the laser retailing for? And where exactly is this bikeshop located?? Ubi industrial park near TP HQ?

Cheers

Ya they're making a living out of it but a lot of them after making

mistake will try to put the blame on others , inorder to make sure their

S$1000-1500 deposit will not be 'confiscated' by the operator and

maybe to collect some repair fee . Some of them take

rider's life very lightly , they ensure safety inorder to avoid liability

and not bcoz they care for other road users . I encountered twice

with taxi , their fault but they file claims against me .. speechless ..

Martin might have been a bit harsh on words as not all taxi drivers

are heartless but those who are really heartless deserves more

than been locked with the animals ...

Let the good times roll .

10 out of 9 taxi-drivers are idiots. Enough said.
