You can try basic servicing like spark plugs and engine oil change at places where they offer packages. For me i do those simple stuff at uniquemotor. U can also try tachyon, bikeworkz.

 

IU the new type, Im able to squeeze it in nicely under the seat.

For me I will feel frustrated if travelling 70kph on R1 , if 70mph I'll feel worried .. So for me definitely I can tell the difference

mine is the fat iu and i just put under my back sit( 04 r1 ) . still have space for a alarm , some coupon and 2 small cloth(roll into very small)

 

changing of engine oil any where is the same, but more into , i visit planet motor!

up to your preference..if you like it, and the price is ok..you will still buy it, we have guys with R1 of diff yr and diff pipes, normal and full system, and some with semi-illegal ones..just don't rush to get one..

i have been doing the servicing at Gerri Looi just behind Tampines ITE..i do say the mech is pretty good at it..Look for Amir..

 

For the IU, mine is just above the passing light, after a while you will get used to it also la..
