-Arrow slip on exhaust for sales. street legal. But there scratches as he had a fall at track. There's no hole on the exhaust, just scratches. $350

hi guys i read earlier on abt rectifier,battery and coil problems.

now after more than 1 year i am facing this problem i guess.

whenever my bike reaches a higher temp 100 and above,it will die automatically, usually on traffic lights.(normal start up no problem)but then i cud still restart it back and ride as per normal.coil problems?batt, rectifier or all?

 

idling slow? hot to make it faster on a k7 600?i tot must dyno only coz i using aftermarket and i still havent fix pc3 & dyno..

if u suspect its ur charging system, use a voltmeter measure the batt when idling and rev. if voltage shoots up to 17v then confirm ur charging system.

Fuel injection? what is the main reason faulty when the FI lights up??

Below quote from Owners Manual..

 

If the fuel injection system fails, the red indicator light comes on & the display indicates "FI" in the coolant temperature area in the following 2 modes;

 

A. The display indicates "FI" at the coolant temperature display and the coolant temperature alternately, and the red indicator light comes on and remains lot.

 

B. The display indicates "FI" continuously and the red indicator light blinks while cranking the engine.

 

The engine may continue to run in mode A, but engine will not run in mode B.

 

Thus to get the error code, you will need to access the dealer mode switch and it will display the code on ur console and thus proceed to have it fixed..Or you can look up the factory service manual for more information on the error.
