I got my bike during army. :cheeky: More than half of my pay all on bike! $478 per month for 2 years. :dot: i regret y i nvr pay 1 year or 1.5 years then no early settlement fee! :(

Hi everyone, anyone riding a 06 model? recently my bike got some prob and i need you guys expertise in this. sometimes i cannot start my bike and when i hit on the start button the right side of my tail got this tatatata sound and my bike keeps "restarting" .im able to start with push start but must be of certain speed. anyone experience this problem before?isit something to do with my batteries? please advise.thank you. roughly how much damage would it cost me to repair this problem?.

thank you people.

Last time i also got "tatata" sound when i press start. Changed the relay about $70.

hey guys, my front braking system seems a bit soft when I pull it.. been riding my k7600 for coming 3 years and everything is stock... any solution? does changing to a aftermarket brakehose helps?

My K7 600 sounds good and goes good. But once I cross 4K RPM the engine noise and vibration is...well I am not sure if its meant to that loud and "Vibraty" Lol...Did a full service 3 weeks back. And is the low end power supposed to be low? Cause I Only feel the power in the midrange.

And about this removing the set valve. I am thinking of doing this after getting a slip on and should I get everything tuned after the slipon without a power commander?

And If anyone got lobang for used slipon for K7 600 kindly dop me a PM. :))

I got my set valve removed after my valve gear was damaged... too expensive to replace the item and so mech recommend just remove it... so far sound a bit louder but when travel on highway, it seems like very smooth... no sudden jerk of power to the bike...

Firstly, check with the shop that has the dyno machine on the price of the PC inclusive of installation + 1 tuning session on the dyno..

Some dont factor in the dyno run..

bro, sorry for my bad understanding of short form... whats a "MC"?

Master cylinder aka master pump..

There's aftermarkets from Brembo(Lots of place has this), Magura, Braking(Sporting), Discacciati(Motoworld) etc etc..

Currently on Brembo 19RCS M/C on my bike..Must say the feeling is one of a kind..

RCS = Ratio Click System..Switchable between 18x19 or 19x20..

I would put RRP at around $500-$530..But of cos best for you to head down personally to ask..Can also check Racewerk if they have any promo for it now..

u dun have to go to the extreme of changing ur master pump bro if u using it for road use and occasional long rides/touring. if ur stock is getting soft, just go and get it bleed. more economical n cost saving. if u're thinking of changing to steel-braided hose, it is recommended too. there's alot of not so expensive replacement hoses these days. cheers`

1. bleed brake lines..get rid of the air

2. change brake lines..if you are still using oem

3. get a gd pair of brake pads

4. got extra $$$ get a after market master pump

if bleeding does not work..check caliper maybe dirt cloak around piston..clean and also check if caliper leaking.
