due to our bike have 2 rows of FI, the PC3 can only control the lower primary FI. Thus leaving the upper 4 FI controlled by the stock ECU. The accelerator pump will still be available at the top 4 injector. These a the several ways I can think of to eliminate this problem,

1) Lean the bike out so that when the function kick in, the AFR become normal (Dynoject solution). But it is plain stupid as if you never activate this function, your bike will run very lean at 8k to 12k rpm which is not good for engine; or

2) buy one more pc3 to control the 4 top injector which is super costly (recommended by GIXXER.com racer); or

3) Unplug the top 4 injector, just by using the bottom primary injector; or

4) Using Teka to reduce the stock ECU mapping to very lean so that the top 4 injector will be running lean while the bottom PC3 controlled FI will be running on the correct AFR ( I just thought maybe this will help, no guarantee).

For the (4) solution, it might also the main cause of my problem. Cause I mentioned I did TEKA first and I have add 100% more fuel to my stock ECU yet still running lean. So maybe my top 4 injector might be pumping more fuel especially after the accelerator pump had kick in. I will try this solution (4) and see how. So it your choice whether you want to buy trouble or not. The power delivery is indeed smoother but you have to tahan that split second lose in power. It is quite dangerous, if you are a track goer. By the way, when I change to arrow with teka tuning, I gain only 1HP which is negligable. After add PC3 I gain 7HP.

I am now waiting for Ah xiong of unity to come back from his Dynojet training at USA to find a solution there.

Bro Kin Wei maybe this info found here might help not sure if u already read it liao... I also thinking of getting PC3 air filter and pipe all at the same time but if this problem cannnot be resolved i may not want to :weep: Ah xiong come back from his training in USA liao?

That look good, only if you have race fairing. If not, it will look weird.

Tried it before, but doesn't work. But like I mentioned I did TEKA before, so I do not know if this will affect anything or not. So if you could actually change first and try PC tuing with the stock ECU setting controlling the sec FI. And then we can narrow down the problem

Lastly those interested in DIY your own TRE but yet unsure can ask me for help. I can teach you in exhange for a cup of Teh xi less sugar. For those who are lazy to do, I can help you do and install for the price of $20. But I suppose the result is not that convincing enough for me to use it yet. Maybe I riding a 750 now. Compared to my old G6, it does feel more powerful. But for a 600 I think it should makes more diff. Anyway not saying 600 is weak cause I have seen a few 600 pickup on par with the new 750 and some even faster. Which makes me heartbroken....... :help:

hi kinwei, i m trying DIY a switchable, plug and play TRE for GSXR600 K1 (pardon my super old bike) using 15K ohm resistor... bought 18 gauge wires but i dun intend to cut my stock wires...

Saw on a overseas website that can use another pair of stock male/female connectors to avoid cutting the stock wires, but cant find the stock connectors in sg...

Called both KS and GH, both say stock connectors only come if buy whole wire harness(~S$700), tried sim lim tower also dun have...

Any other solutions that i can try?

You can try motorvation or biketec or extrem equipment. But motorvation is selling the Gpack, biketec and extrem equipment is selling the smart ivan TRE. So it more expensive than the JSD product. it your call.
