Hey guys, just got back from CNY ride to Satun, Thailand. Entered the beautiful Padang Besa plains and straight to the winding uphill roads of Wang Kelian... Interesting view.

Brake pad, can go motoworld to change SBS.. not costly and braking power is there.

I have to say that stretch is quite refreshing after the boredom you have to endure along North South Highway. So did you have any problems clearing Malaysian customs? The last time we were there my friend was denied entry claiming that his registration documents was fake. Big crap.

That thing comes with the bike.

Nope, no problem for me. They are very nice engaging people. Both from Padang Besa immigration and Khuandon immigration. They seldom see big bikers enter from there and ask a lot of questions on bikes and the journey that sort of thing... Was expecting otherwise though after hearing so many ill experience with them by other bikers. But I guess I was lucky.

Oh, that comes with the bike. The Rear Mudguard. Not sure if it can be moded to fit the 1150 though.

Nope. Looked thru that. When i start the bike, nothing comes on. It is when i moved about a min or so, the ABS light turned ON...

Bro spyder ... get it diagnosed ... it could be other factors as well ... what's the mileage on your GSA? A premature failure of ABS module on a 2007 is very rare IMHO. But you've been warned. :cry:

I rarely touch my ABS button, so my ABS is always ON.

My mileage is 55k now.

Could be battery or fuse to the ABS....

*sigh so many possibilities...
