Just got a New bike? Go rounding to clock more mileage!

Anyone just order new bike recently? Waiting for shipment to arrive or bike to be register? Would you prefer to "Break In" or "Run In" your new bike? Feel free to share your views here!

 

People who has the urge in riding their new bike regardless new or used bikes are welcome to meet together for rounding so as to feel & understand their bikes better!

 

My worst experience on running in process is on my new wave-125, have to maintain the speed of 60 km/hr on expressway with crude engine oil. Lorries & Buses are even faster, causing me to ride on rd shoulder &

give way to them.

 

Have a destination to meet & travel more, running in process will be done soon! Cheers!

Just for the info, those who did not bid their own number for their new bikes. New license plate number for the 1st bidding Range Of Vehicle No are as follow;

 

FBE9718D to FBE9997P (Both Vehicle No. Inclusive) or

FBF15C to FBF72L (Both Vehicle No. Inclusive).

 

COE on 1st bidding currently $1701/-

Minimum bid is SGD 1000. If COE release at 1001 or higher, you dun get your COE.

IF you bid at 2000 & COE out below tat range, you get your COE & then balance after deduction.

Good goOd... I believe normally riders sure have the urge When they just got their bike, ride more to understand your bike fully, knowing what your bike limit on cornering etc...

 

I believe some even ride till the fuel tank dry & push their bike, even I myself do that accidentally too but at least I know my bike can go how far per tank.

What new bike u riding? I heard ppl riding sport bike prefer break-in then running in so after the process engine will gain power.

 

Anyway running in process is suffering! Had to ride slow till the engine season. Most ppl can't wait till the day come for the bike to run normally or real engine power to reveal...

No matter how well an engine is assembled, it's final power output is all up to you !!

 

Although the examples shown here are motorcycle engines,*

Just for info, the COE 2nd bidding results for December is $1551. Cat B for 1600cc above cars are crazy! $72001, price can buy a car!
