i am currently riding a nsr 150 . my ride was alright untill yesterday while i was riding , my bike suddenly shut down. den i couldnt start anymore . i push to bike shop at yishun industrial " Tune in" to check . beginning he told me my battery flat, ok den i changed . after changing , still couldnt start , he den ask me go walk walk 2 hrs later come back , when i come back he say wiring . so i change again. after that still cant start , he say spark plug .so i changed again. finally it starts . but i realise the bike can start but 2 head light , signal light , brake light all dont have. den he say retifier spoil . ok i change again !!! den guess wat? still dont have light!!! he say all my light blow. Wtf right? if thats the case den mayb dont even need to change battery and retifier mayb change spark plug will do righht? hais den no choice lor i change all the blub . den end up got light la. after i leave den i realise my signal sot. when i ride home the bike weird again , ride halfway can die again. only that this time can start up bike. wtf happening? hope somebody can help with these provided

 

 

Before i repair.

' My bike suddenly engine died

' neutral light was dim

'totally cant start .

 

" can start but dies halfway again.

' signal also sot.

HOW???? hais ...

overtake ? :dot: you will never overtake any last vehicle because u will never be the first no matter how .

oh ya and one more point , my bike when i turn on ignition i can hear one sound like screeching sound at the speedo meter there. den once i on ignition the heal meter straight jump to half . even when i never ride .

ya lo . kena carrot if solve problem nvm but problem not yet solve very sian ...

Signal could simply be relay problem, easy to fix.

Maybe the mechanic did a shoddy job in fixing the bike issues. perhaps bring to another mechanic instead?

ps: ur headlight signal light brake light spoil after he "fixed" the sparks plug is becus the mechanic is either new or simply has no foresight, never check standard parts for your electrical problem ( magnetic coil, rectifier etc) first. which is why all the lighting blew (Layman term for rectifier is it stablises current from electrical sources) and u ended up paying the cost for the mech's folly.

The mechanic is a indian guy from dunno which foreign country . cant believe when i ask him why my lights all gone he jus shook his head say dunno. WTF lor.. if u go down there u will see the indian im talking abt . end up no choice flare up to the female boss but still must pay for the bulbs...

anyway wat u mean by a relay problem? how much does it cost if were to repair it? roughly? i plan to go planet but dunno the way .

aiyo, tow to ah chong la. bring to unknown shop also dunno what they do to your bike, make it worse.

February 2011 - March 2012 = Phantom TA 200

March 2012 - August 2013 = Suzuki Impulse 400

Present = BMW (Bus, MRT, Walk)
