Hi everyone. hope u guys r ok. may i ask, to those who have side paniers, (not GIVI ones, but for touring ones)how much does cost with d brakets? where can u get one? wat brand of side paniers u guys using? is der aditional weight felt wen u guys install it?

is der any sample pics? thnxs!

Wow, I didn't know GIVI side panniers are not for touring. Er, last time I go touring on Vara 125 with GIVI side panniers all of you guys here never tell me its NOT FOR TOURING. My god, I feel so... :slapforehead: . You guys arr....:shy:

 

Bro SC Gaban, Hi there, you can get the touring ones at BikeTech 21, Dunlop Street (opposite Sim Lim Tower). Must order 1st with deposit then they will indent for you. Popular touring brands like Hepco & Becker ones are available with a wide range to suit your budget. Do take a look bro, all the best. :)

Hi bro sgrider, you can get new vara 125 (EFI 2008/2009 model, i think) at Boon Siew Honda and Mah Pte Ltd (1179 Serangoon Road).

 

For used ones, I know there's one at Heng Motor Enterprise @ Changi Road (Kembangan) but dunno the condition. Otherwise you can check out sale from fellow forumers here at the Used Bikes Sale section OR scout around at bike shops. Do check out prices as well so you can get a good deal. All the best and hope you can realise your Vara 125 dream. :) :thumb:

the pic u attached should be puig or givi windshield

however, ermax windshield is the :thumb: imho

hey there everybody,

would like to know more about vara.

maintanene every 2-3 months cost, fc, 4 or 2 stroke.

and first hand vara cost.

thank you in advance, sory if im repeating, too much pages to read,

 

Just to share abit. Brand new from Boon Siew will cost around 13k. It is a 4 stroke bike, meaning, no 2T required.

 

Regular oil change at every 5K-8K km should cost u less then $60 including oil filter.

 

Most of us have very good FC at ard 24-28km per litre.

 

Lastly, (and most inportantly) I am letting go my Vara soon. Pls refer to the link for detail http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=284195 :angel:

hey.. the windshield you posted is a givi.. you can probably get them at mah pte ltd or arai/219 along jln besar/serangoon road.. probably about $120 - $140.. peace..
