the one played me out is the one asked me alot of questions .. in the end when the actual deal comes, he said he got a better deal. that was when i waited for him at mrt 1 hour.. wow.. very good reason

he agreed with one guy to trade H&B gobi box (my friend) and H&B alu top box (other guy) ... they checked the boxes, happy.. deal.

 

after a week, the other guy called back, he wants to take off some stickers from his ex-alu.

 

my friend was oversea, so ask him to go to his carpark and take by urself. (since they know each other)

 

a few days later, he came back, went to car park, open the bike cover... there... his old gobi box...

 

WTF.. not happy then say lah.. came back and swap box just like that ?

 

the best part is... when the other guy came and swap boxes, he unloaded his stuff and left one plastic bag, contains his IC, insurance, singpass, whole bundle of document bag beside the bike..

i got played out by my own schoolfriend of over 10 years. was asked to make a logo for his company. when i finished and came to payment. he underpaid me and went MIA. no pickup calls or returns of sms. and to think hes my friend and a bloody doctor. lesson learnt. when it comes to professional work needed to be done, let there be a clear signed contract/agreement. be it friend or not. at least u know u can sue his a**

Got a sms from buyer on the

 

23 DEC 2010 :Ask about the posted item whether is it still available or not. He asked for best price, in which i gave him at $480. So we exchanged a few more sms and he said $450 he will consider.

 

24 DEC 2010 : i sms him when he wana view n purchase. He even ask me to meet him at his hse area to let him view.....Wat the &*(^&$$@#^%&*halo....r u buying a million $$ deal from me???

 

25 DEC 2010 to 28 DEC 2010 : Buyer keep asking abt the item and condition wic is already shown in the post.

 

29 DEC 2010 : SMS me in the noon while i m still at wrk say wana vew in the nite. I gotta rush home from Tuas South just to get the item and meet up wif him for viewing n purchase it if ok for him. Reached home, grab the item and rush out wifout even taking my dinner juz to mk it in time to meet him at 9:30pm. Reached the MRT early and sms him i have already reached and he reply he will b late n reaching at 10pm. WAT THE ****!!!!!!! NO BLOODY SENSE OF TIMING.......U mk me rush here and there and not even an sms informing mi he will be late until i sms him. Buyer reached.......view tried it on....see here and there and juz tell mi he is happy n wana buy it but not now...........Already hit my boiling point........i cool down n smile, collect my item back and head home for my LATE dinner or should i say supper at 11:15pm. Got an sms again from buyer stating $450 can or not? Since he is veri keen in the item, i agreed to his price and say will collect after 03 JAN 2011.

 

30 DEC 2010 to 04 JAN 2011 : No SMS exchange.

 

05 JAN 2011 : SMS buyer asking when is he goin to collect. Boh reply.....

 

06 JAN 2011 : SMS asking is he still interested anot. Boh reply again.....

 

07 JAN 2011 : Got a surprised sms from buyer say cash tight n tis n tat....finally asking of $410 to deal wif me......i steady n agreed wif him.....M i being too kind or wat?????

 

08 JAN 2011 : Buyer sms me say gotta hold off due to some reasons and saying he will be bk once he settle other stuffs........I ask him staright is it got seller under cut my price??? As i hv expected tat the other seller reali under cut me.........Buyer telling me the under cut buyer selling him at $380.......Hmm....beginning to play PRICE WAR...............Buyer telling me $350 he cm straight now to collect ( *^%#@#^........u tink u r buying fish or vege har????) Buyer even ask for $370 even after i told him my lowest is $380..........Wah kaoz.....feeling sad for tis kind of buyer......NO $$ DUN BUY LAR.....$10 even wana bargain...........DAME CHEAPO............

Forumer babyevil85 wanted to get my 1yr old spark at 2.9k(market rate was 3.2k) then and mine came wi loads of accesories! He said he wanted to deal on tuesday..

 

I looked for a xr400, got it and deposited 200 bux as i wanted to get wen ibseal the deal for spark.

 

On monday night, babyrvil85 told ne tt he los money in mahjong and can only deal at 2.5k. I told him 2.8k is d best i can go. He claimed he got no money. I offered 2.7k but he was persistent on 2.5k! Told him abt my deposit and he still adamant on 2.5k. I told him to look for another bike then as my bikes market value was 3.2k.

 

Forfeited my 200 deposit and pissed off the xr4 seller. (had no choice)

 

A week later, babyevil85 called me tp say he won money in betting and want to deal at 2.9k! I told him i did no wanna sell my bike to him and i got a whole long sms wit pure ah beng koitiam english saying tat i am not a gentleman or whatsoever. Said tt he wans to beat me up.

Told him to meet at his void deck in 20 mins to"beat me up" and nv replied. Came down to hus blk and honked at his blk, nv come down.

Called him, aso nv pick up.

Wanted to deal wit him for his brembo 16mm. Settled at a good price.

 

On the day i wanted to collect , i went to bike shop as

clutch cable snapped. I asked my bike shop and he said that to fix it and all the additional mirror mounts will cost me a brand new 16 mm pump at unique. Smsed his to cancel the deal and i forfeited my deposit as it didnt make any economic sense.

 

But he was a good seller and very gentlemanly! Ups for him.

does anybody know this guy? at first was interested in his exhaust, then as we talk about suspension he offer to help me tune for a fee. Talk about what will print notes for me to read, help me fine tune when i feedback to him. Also talk about will help me set up my sag.

 

Apparantly he took my money and promise to do this do that the following day, but didn't, now call him sms him all no sound no nothing.

 

Was going to deal the next day morning for the exhaust, so i waited at home from morning 8am until night time then he say meet 9pm, then i wait... until 11 i call him he say 1130. but he drag until late night then say something like sorry bro waste yr time will deal with you following day give me gd price kind of thing. then following day say will call me at 9+pm after work after that no sound no nothing. I try calling him many many times, sms all no sound no nothing.

last time i used to meet up at a compromised location, but now is always at my place at my convenience..

best is after i reply "still available", total silence from the other parties, yes many of them asked and just disappear, sms is free also no need to waste mine right??
