nope..not legal. thats a USA Yoshimura exhaust meant for 150cc bikes.kind of my rare possesion. lovely pipe,lovely sound and great performance.

im using battlax 90/80 for the front and rear..front and rear same size is better.. changed it at auntie for 162 for a pair. hmm.... but lately my bike performance seems to dropped. have to make a trip to the mech shop..haha..

spare parts like what...

 

a full servicing which requires you to open the engine block can be done at Ah Gua lane.. others normal servicing parts are the same as any kup kias out there. if you are talking about exhaust pipes... footrest, kick starter can try B-Plus. they take in raider's original parts.

aftermarket parts are a rare find.. fyi b-plus do have racing footrest (last time! dunno now still got stock or not), cdi and aftermarket header (bigger)... other than that i dont think so. countries that do sell are mainly indonesia and phillipines. i just ordered aftermarket handlebars(low type), adjustable lever, racing footrest (nui racing).. and after all goes well maybe going to order the inverted forks and fender eliminator..will post pic when i received the parts.

next month my raider is going to be all black... now its gone case liao..like circus clown sia.and performance dropped.hahaha.

 

going to get my bike back in shape by next month,sad to see johnny so cocked up! btw johnny is my bike name...

 

type raider 150 at youtube and see all the video like drag racing, tricks and stunts. i like the one with sonic and raider drang race. the sonic popped at start. shows how mean these bikes are with the right mods...

i order frm jakarta shop thru the ssfc better know as the suzuki satria fan club.

its a shop at jakarta called siammotor. yah i realise that price a bplus is quite high but thats the onli sources we have..wat to do...hehehe.

 

btw the cost for handle bar, lever adjustable and footrest cost me 200 bucks plus shipping and taxes. in singapore 200bucks can onli get me a footrest..hahaha..

 

eh if any raider riders going to dam to chill or wat do give a notice here..maybe can mit up..take care y'all

Hi there raiders...

 

I'm riding a raider myself... bought my bike april 2006... and mileage is now close to 60K. One thing is for sure... not much problms i encounter...

 

i would like to share one thing though...

 

the carb used for the raider is a diaphragm one, meaning that power response is immediate unlike the slide cousin in other bikes... however, the rubber in the carb slider is sensitive... mine torn up due to using caltex platinum n shell v power...

 

anyway, it was a headache for me to find replacement as like what you guys know, its damn difficult to find... and i had to change to a new carb... now using sp 150 carb modified to 4 strok use...

 

great thing is i get btter accelaration and higher top end... but as with other modifications, fastr suel consumption...

 

anough about it... im still sticking with my princess (my raider's name hahaha) no matter what...

haha problem bout the carb rite?? yah mine too tore up coz of v power.. tot of cleaning the fuel system with that petrol but end up while riding my machine slow down and couldnt throttle pass 70km/hr.. road hazard if riding at the freeway... then got a replacement at the only shop that has it that is guan ho at paya lebar..lucky aH, but got my carb changed to sp too just to play save that if it ever happened again..

 

anyway after that got no more prob.. but just a word of advise..if ure planning to sell ur bike dun overdo the modification.. like wat i did and many shop dont wanna take in my bike coz to many mods plus raider is hard to sell back..so i mod sum more.hehehe..decide to kip my precious johnny. my bike now has no horn due to my fast throttle,electric starter on the left side(no need to pull clutch to start the bike anymore), cdi changed, ignition coil if im not wrong changed to magnum type to compliment my spark plug which is magnum too( three legs instead of one) better firing and others..

 

one thing i notice that the engine tensioner spoils easy emitting a tick tick tick sound(changed it twice already in 6 mth) ..many i mod too much..nevermind,trial and error!!
