Is this a sign of weak battery? I'm an RXZ rider by the way.

Will the RXZ start with a flat battery (since it is kick start)?

if got kick start, no battery also can.

furthermore, yours is 2 stroke, should be easier to kick start than 4 stroke.

once engine is running, keep it in high rev, not too high, so that the battery can be charged via the alternator in the bike. and see if you can electric start the bike when you come back to it.

if cannot, probably is a dead battery.

if you put new battery, then after 2-3 days, no batt, your rectifier or magnetic coil is spoiled.

My problem is more of horn not working when signal or brake light is on. Can it be due to magnetic/rectifier too?

IMHO, if its due to weak batt, it can be either the batt itself, rectifier, magnetic coil, or 2 or all is spoiled. look at your headlight when the bike is on & at idling, if it is flicking at a very dim light.

batt not charging can oso due to the 3 items, either individually or all. in general, magnetic coil is connected to the rectifier, then to the batt.

your horn itself or the wiring may oso be the cause of it (which i tink it has a low possibility if the horn is working fine when signal/brake light is off).

if u do not hav any fren who can help u, better get it check at the bikeshop u know well.

i would say the higher possiblity is battery. and it's also the cheapest to change. how long have u been using it? if it's more than 1yr, possiblity of spoilt is high. one way to test is to use a voltmeter. bring it to any bikeshop, they should have it n test for u. btw, a dead battery might be able to bring back to life by charging it, but how long it last is anybody's guess.

what csv meant might be possible, however u wont know until u replace a new battery. with a new battery, everything should work fine, thus if after a few days, the same symptom happen, u know where goes wrong.

kick start or push start is independent of your electrical. if u're using electric start, a flat battery will not have enough juice to crank up the starter motor. in kick/push start, u're the starter motor, so unless u're spoilt, then the bike cannot start  ur motorcycle is like a generator, u crank up the motor, magnetic coil generate electricity, pass to rectifier n distribute, the leftover current is then use to recharge ur battery.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?

yup, dis is very true as i had dis experience 9 years ago on cbr400. i got dis bike from dis bikeshop and the very nxt day i'm bck to them, complaining abt the electric starting faulty. they juz charge it and test it with a voltmeter, telling me its ok. i went back for the nxt few days with the same complain and they did the same procedure, not wanting to hav a further inspection. juz after the 4 weeks warranty, the bike died off. got it tow bck to the bikeshop and they check it thoroughly, telling me the magnetic coil was burnt. i was so furious wif the boss, altho i know its not the mechanic's fault cos the boss told him to do dis way...

if the 2nd time, should not charge it again, change a new batt n if it's not charging properly again then there's some other problem. anyway if later found it's not batt problem, the batt can always keep as spare.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.
