I reached 280 at the stretch of road u mention...I'm riding a carb model....meter is analog type...so roughly 280...if not less....dun wanna be like anodise57....balls nearly dropped at sea.... later cannot find...

Recently did a complete electrical job on my 2001 BB. Changed the battery, retifier, magnetic coil and also the main wiring harness.

Agreed that the nasi lemak can really make u steam

Its ok if u can't join us for the Sepang trip.We'll try to make an official ride where the BB guys here will fly together.

I guess the only time to meet is always without fail is Fri nite.

Wally being the only chap who religiously fly every Fri without fail.

hey guys... im bringing a male pillion for the trip... however wish to enquire on certain issues... cause it would be my maiden trip on any bike going further than johor... firstly... security of our bikes while at the show... can input on what could be done to prevent any mishaps during parking?? secondly, rough amount of cash for petrol to and fro? and lastly just to confirm... to inflate tyre, what is the best air pressure for front and rear tyre??? hehe... boboy baru nak learn to ride far lar....

I need to gather bikers for marshaller for the coming National Bike Week 2008.

 

Requirements:

1. Big CC / Look Big

2. Discipline on the road.

3. Able to travel in convoy

 

Basically, we will be part of the marshals during the convoy of expect 1000 bikes.

Detail instruction of the convoy will be make known later.

There will be a meet up with the rest of the marshals, total of 80 marshals.

 

This is the requirement from the authority, to have 80 marshal of 1000bike convoy.

 

So kindly pm me your full name contact no., email, bike model/CC compiled within your group. BY 20th Oct 2008

 

The bike convoy will be held on the 29th Nov 2008. make yourself free the whole day.

1)petrol:-

 

1st top up at JB shell

2nd top up Ayer Keroh

3rd top Petronas Sepang

4th any petrol stn at JB.

Petrol consumption depends on ur right throttle.

Shud be less than 3 top up to n fro(RM 170..i guess)

We'll travel at 120km/h also ok wat..

 

Security:-

 

Invest in Disc lock.However the security in sepang is well guarded so no worries.

 

Tyres:-

 

Since we are going for a long ride,setting ur tyre pressure at 40Psi is gd enuff as on the move,the tyre is well heat up.

I don't like the bird, I LOVE IT!!. I've put the 08' design GPR pipe slip ons and removed the baffles. Do you reckon it needs a PCIII?
