Right hand side can be many things bro..most common is the oil cooler o ring and cam pulse generator...best is to send to ah chong aka "apek rambut clown"...btw bro dunt mind asking,are you staying near pasir ris st 12?...

yup i'm staying at pasir ris st 12 blok 198, just change to the bird after in depth studies.....was riding the st1300....need to fix a few things here n there but overall bike engine is well...

Nice..i'm staying near there too blk 189...but i park my bb near 101...most wear n tear parts on bb is the seals and o rings..if you take care of engine oil,filter and coolant the bb last very long..

 

As for electrical,the only issue is 25 blinks...

Valve clearance every 50 000kms or if i hear valve ticking sound even when engine's hot...

 

Top overhaul done at 90 000kms coz my valve stem was leaking..everytime i start the bike after leaving it for more than 2 hours,a puff of white smokes comes out from my exhaust...

Once i diy to check my valve clearance after the 90 000km top overhaul..140 000kms to be precise...just opening up the valve cover to check on the valve clearance took me half day. Many things to take out,throttle body,tank and timing cover.

 

Lucky thing my valve clearance was all within specs. Otherwise i need to take out more things like camshafts,valve bucket and etc..like that i think midnight then can finish.

 

Top overhaul i do at bikes works..about 2 weeks coz i want him to slowly do properly and at that time workload at his workshop was heavy.

Anyshop that have a vaccum meter to sync the idle air valve can do it...new stock filter cost about 50ish sgd...bought one last few years..

I went to unique previously,they actually clean ur injectors using some machines whereby u can see the injectors spraying...after tat they clean ur throttle body n sync the throttle body just like the do on any super 4 using the vacuum meter. Total cost is abt $180...i went to do it when my bike started to back fire every time i engine brake...but be sure to get their most senior mechs to do it. The time i went was some noobie mech that knows how to take out the throttle body but had problems fixing it back n caused my wax unit for auto choke to malfunction...had to go back to them to have it corrected again. While they are cleaning ur injectors,be sure to look at the spray patterns so u know all injectors are spraying the same amt of fuel n also they cant chop u by saying one of ur injectors is faulty...total time take from stripping to assembling is abt 2.5hrs...

one of my rear signal light is loose keep turning downwards..shall I juz have it tightened or does anyone changed the rear signal lights to LED type & if so is it also call Integrated Tail Light whereby the brake light along with the signal lights all replaced with LED types ? Thanx
