2nd hand 06 runner i saw a few selling in some of the bike shop in ubi... for 1st hand i think the only have 07 runner but the design still the same... jus abit different...

the only runner dat can perform is the old 2 stroke..simple plug n play stuff will do some wonders where for the 4stroke juz the normal plug n play stuff will nv be enuff unless u r really INTO this little ride spending time, $$ n effort along wif tons of crazy ideas

 

I remember I read a review when the old 200vxr was 1st introduce n the reporters were given a chance to test it out on the tracks on a full Malossi kitted vxr which all of them feels dat riding a 70cc 2stroker proves more fun n ability...of coz being a full Malossi kitted vxr200 means juz the usual plug n play parts...maybe wif some crazy idea it may juz work better but still if the crazy idea apply to the 2 stroke it will go beyond expectation...

 

fastest sprinting scoot in the UK is based on a 2stroke 178cc piaggio engine...100mph in 400m drag in 11.4sec

vxr06 leh 14" front n 13" rear a headache to find gd tyres...

 

each model of scoot tyres r usually produce for rim sizes 10-12" rims n 14" n above so 13" rim always falls in the grey area.

 

Good tyres r usually found under the 10-12" category becoz the sizes r share together wif minimotos, 50,70cc race machines, n mini motards thus racing quality tyres or even slicks can be found. So riders on vxr05, 180fxr or scoots using 120/70-12 n 130/70-12 u hav the most choices.

 

Good quality tyres from 14" n above r usually "multi purpose road tyres" which is suitable for "race" n "touring" use eg: sportmax gpr100 n diablo sc which r usually the top range products available for maxi scoots

 

so for the 13" grey area we are able to find wat I call normal road tyres, a balance of everything but not top of the range models.

 

Hav been looking into sites of many tyre makers while doing some searching for gd tyres n it seems dat for vxr06 riders wanting to use a same model of tyre front n back is limited to a few brands only

 

I am using a front 12" n rear 13" rims..limited choices I hav for gd "racing quality" tyres dat will offer me abit more grip when warm up despite some manufacturers does produce them but due to the small market locally no ones wish to bring in or keep stock so mean even harder to find unless u wish to pay big $$ to ship it in from overseas urself

 

wats the price of the rear tyre and where to get?

The blender sound is the starter mah.. its normal Just brake and press the button.

Nope... just a drag frame with an engine done up by pm tuning.

yes you just need to brake and press start button with slight throttle will do

i jus rode runner for 1 week...lol FXR...not used to such a light bike...2 stroke somemore....Now i feel like a fly on the rode... if open trottle then like turbo fly....definitely better handling than x9 250cc that i rode for 6mths... hope to learn more from the scoot enthu people here...qing duo duo bao han

if need to throttle den something might be wrong somewhere

my bike also need to throttle to start. sometimes need more den once to start cos the bike keeps dying. bring to PSC the ppl there bring in dunno do wat to the bike and told mi its done but its still the same. so dunno what can be done

just went to psc just now to change my meter.

tis is my second meter, yet theres still vapour in it..

boring sia wen u look at it n c only moist on ur speedometer..

Whenever my bike handle to the right, it will auto trottle.

Im not too sure what cause this and how do i resolve this problem?

Jammed throttle cable. Most likely.

VXR200, 9 out of 10 need to throttle than can start.

If dun need to throttle, your bike confirm elite.

my bike 3yrs+ liao... unless i dun start it for like 3-5 days

else no need to throttle

 

but my bike not elite... its stock & full of problems...
