if got choke means the carb is an after mkt carb.. mikuni or mallossi perhaps.. if everyday warm up bike, each morn shdlnt b a prob to start the bike.. how the choke works i duno, i wld want to know oso coz im buyin a mikuni carb soon...

cannot say kena carrot lahz... must depend on COE, insurance, machine price also ma... when i buy i was told machine price 5k+ den my experience is less den 1yr and p-plate....

Anyone did normal servicing at LAB?

 

price went up...normal belt @ 120-130, malosi @ 90-120,unless fullservice package around 190-210 depend on what u want to add up accessories...price may vary.....in different kind of shop...

every carb has a choke system to richen the fuel mixture for cold starting when most fuel had already vapourise on the cylinder walls..

 

modern bikes comes wif an auto choke n so does runner...those with aftmkt carbs usually comes wif the gd old fashion manual coke

Ex - Honda CB400.

Ex - Yamaha Fazer S2.

Ex - Yamaha R1.

Ex - Suzuki Hayabusa.

Ex - Yamaha Spark.

Ex - Yamaha Tmax.

Current -

if u dun close it then u will run very "rich" in ur fuel mixture

i tried nvr "off" back...

engine will die when u stop....

Ah! spy! u r a godsend! lol i was trawling thru the net n googling for info on HISTORY OF GILERA RUNNERS. but not too successful. usually only got reviews for the newest VXR models.

but as what spy say.if u dont off it,your fuel will be "richer" then what you ride normal in the road.

if rly engine die,i only can think of 1 thing,fuel not going into your carb.i not saying i right but there maybe a point to take note.
