GPR

1. The built is not very solid, has thin exhaust mounts that results in cracking of the exhaust itself.

2. Not much power gain after installation thats why previously got a period where many riders selling second hand ones.

3. It has that racy look as it has high mount exhausts

4. Nice sound

Go for this if u want the look only

 

LV

1. For better performance, i think the LV has more power and the built is more solid (heard from VXR owners and seen by myself.)

2. Straight mount only but can be solved as seen on many VXRs, they fabricated the header and made it high mount.

3. has nice sound too. nicer sound when the baffle is removed, (although its illegal)

4. slightly more expensive than GPR

 

For both exhaust, its advisable to upgrade the carb as well. or u will be under-utilizing the exhaust.

My friend just fix a LV. Cost around $500. The sound is loud & nice. The look of the exhaust look very plain. But he say power no diff. I don darn to test ride.

With silencer is loud already. Will take my friend silencer and test how loud is it. :lol:

hi guy me looking for a runner 06 do u guys know wats the price for a 1 hand n the price for 2 hand. any shop can recommend. hope u guys can help tks alot

i wonder what is the price range for this 1st hand runner as i was given amazing large differences in quotes.

 

one particular quote me $9000+ for the runner(excluding insurance) they say runner machine price already $7k (WTF?)

 

then this shop saying OTR $8k++ cos COE this month exp..

 

then got other shop saying $6.5K (so cheap??) OTR for 30 years old(top up insurance if younger) Im sensing some hidden costs from this shop..

 

So can someone pls help me with the reasonable amount for 1st hand price currently?? thanks

I buy at dec 21 cost me $7350 everything. Many bike shop say runner will jet up around $300 at 2007. For 6.5k is too cheap 80% got hidden cost. The COE now is $1200. Got to wait till tomorrow for the new result.

try plus minus 10 for both front & rear till it doesn't feel draggy or too light

i'm not exactly sure for 06 specs but my guess is they're almost the same

tire pressure should be indicated in the user manual

perhaps u could check it & post here as a reference for other 06 owners?
