Bro, you said your SW400 travel at 140-150 km/h at NS, how long did you maintain? like 10 mins, 1 hrs etc? Worried it cant hold long as you heard your baby is crying . As you had try, can share with us. :cheeky:

Imho, if yr intention is to cruise comfortably and steadily at 140 - 150kmh for sustained period, dun even need to consider any 400cc bike, be it a cb400, gsr400 or Swing400. Better for u to look at the various class2 offerings.

Anyone saw this in SG before?

Wanna give a try.

or this?

Very Ex though...

there's also an automatic tire seal that works on similar concept of keeping the "stuff" inside the tire and the stuff runs about inside when the bike moves... but many people very skeptical about the claimed benefits :p

the refurbished wing looks cool... especially the twin exhaust :thumb:

If you intend to tour at a slightly higher speed (150km/hr-same like me as I find 120km/hr really too slow with danger of falling asleep), do consider the 600s

Ultimately a bigger cc version is created for more power and higher top speed, higher sustain speed, smoother power delivery at higher speed? Otherwise, I do not know what is it for...

not true in this case. the JDM 600 top speed is abt 180km/h. FC is abt 17 to 19km per liter. no matter highway or trunk roads. tested and proven by many.

Attached a picture of my placement for voltmeter.

Guys if u wanna find a secure place to install ur voltmeter, can place it here. It fit nicely and secure from theives and climate. :thumb:

Voltmeter is from team shinez.

DIY and have to cut off 1 fin from the air vent in order to see the reading properly.

2 roads diverged into a wood, and I-I took the road less traveled and that makes all the difference!

This guy said city ride is about 14-15 km/litre for 600cc swingg. so hungry bike? any 600cc swing riding in sg road ever get this result for FC

might be the way he ride. or some of his parts wear le. not everyone can master the correct way of riding a scooter. though i've rode scooters for almost 5 years, i'm still learning. its totally different from a manual bike.

Usually BigCow (BC) travelling at what speed if going penang as a group? 80% are BC, the rest are 2A. Worried they become insane when see NS and never wait for us. As what i heard, BC travel 150km/h normally, correct me if i`m wrong. So will like to know SW400 can travel like 140km/h without stressing the bike?

:dozed:

Of cos SW400 can travel at 140km/hr comfortable without stressing it.

No problem. :thumb:

Yah !! Agreed that 140km/hr is just fine for bright sunny day or clear open dry road at night. Have managed to maintain this speed at late night all the way from outside KL on Klang Valley highway up to the Tapah R&R. Only the buzz in the hands was prominent when i stopped.

Unfortunately with all the heavy traffic & road repairs on the highways nowadays limits this to around 120 Km/hr average during most times during daylight hours.

Longest in the saddle on the SW ? Anyone done 14 hours non stop or more ? i.e. only stop for Fuel & toilet ?
