You might want to try R Jay FF (Striker) , Snell 2005, Dot, Australian Standard and PSB too. Less than $200, really value $$$$

is there anyone retiring M Fizz helmets? the screw from my DYNO dropped off that day, would like to get a replacement if possible. it's the screw that bolts the visor system down to the helmet, about 1 cm in diameter one, metallic in color i think. anyone? :smile:

I think Reggina. They'll quote retail price $600 but you should be able to get it for about $580 .... I got mine there. However the condition of the new helmets may vary... Eg.. some may have hairline scratches (if u scrutinise all the way). I think they don't tend to take real care of the stock (after presenting them to interested customers.. sometimes)... Went to Chong Aik a couple of times, feel that the stock there may be better taken care of (coz the products are displayed so neatly). Chong Aik quoted me $600 for X-11. I may buy my next X-11 from them for a change....

REGINA, been there to find FF with a friend and they have this AGV one that you may want..costs more than 300 just to let you know..hope I don't remember the brand wrongly. or was it Caberg, outside in those glass cabinets.

 

Does zeus have FF flipup with sun shade model? Do LAB have or where is selling cheaper? Me not particular in colour but size does matter. Its seem my head shape suitable for zeus only cheapo. Shoei and arai gives me headache.

I don't rmb zeus having those but MFIZZ and NOLAN has..MFIZZ is cheaper but you know the prices comes with quality..my friend bought one. waiting for his review on the MFIZZ with sunshades.around 150 at LAB

i would say Arai tend to be one of the brands that has better quality. i own quite a couple of Arai helmets and like their designs. although expensive but definitely worth it.

 

reports say that they tend to cushion quite a certain amount of impact to the head and i definitely do not want to test the credibility of this report.

 

u can get them from chiap lee where i got most of mine from.

 

Yes i think so too. Have a friend working in PSB, and apparently there are Shoei and Arai Helmets being sent there for testing. Not too sure how come some of the Arai and Shoei helemts they sell in shops dont have the stickers. According to him, different helmets can absorb certain amouts of impact, n the Shoei and Arai perform better at such tests.

Been using the Multilec for the past few months.It is a good helmet and had no loose joint.Try Regina they may offer you a good price if you able to bargain hard enough.
