SSDC - Anyone Taking 2B There?

Finally progressed to Lesson 2 after 2 sessions of Lesson 1! The 2nd session was pretty fun. Warm-up in mini-circuit then I was allowed onto the bigger circuit. Very fun blasting around in gear 2 and 3! After that, my instructor took me aside and let me do slalom. Pretty fun. Can't wait for this coming thurs!!

Theory contents

1. intro to defensive riding

2. safe riding factors

3. attributes of a safe rider

4. useful knowledge in defensive riding

 

Simulator riding

5. riding in simulated conditions

 

Practical contents

6. practical training

-cornering, low speed balance, high speed maneuver, braking, avoidance, skid control, skill-up riding

 

this is a general outline of what is covered. i still do not have information on cost yet.

2. Before turning out for Crank Course and Figure 8. If the car on the right is already reversing or Just turn in, will i have to stop or am i able to move on?

ok...there's a class coming up 7 Aug. cost is around 190sgd. thats it from me on this topic!

Wah everyone so happy got license already... I still at Lesson 2. I just went for the 8.10pm slot, my number tag was number 9. Narrow plank super intimidating the first few times man. Really dam scared before going on to it. However, I can feel myself getting better and having more control over the bike. Slalom still abit jerky though. Wah sian must come back again!!

 

BUT, I managed to get a 3.20pm slot on Saturday! Woohoo 2 lessons in one week. Feeling like on top of the world! If every week I can't even have at least one practical I will seriously feel dam sad man. I love learning at SSDC!
