Looking for recommendation to fix slant rack or box

Hi guys,

 

May I check how should I fixed this problem? Any good and recommendation bike shop that I can go and fixed this?

I am not sure if the rack is slanted or the bike body of itself?

How is the rack attached to the bike? Should be 1 side higher/lower than the other. I dun use box so I can only guess the rack is the issue.

Is the ground in horizontal ?

 

Does the centre stand keep bike body in horzontal ?

 

Is the rack mounted in horzontal ?

If you want standard but must have money...go Seng Kwang...they do this ..box and rack thing ..swee swee go ask for Gilbert but you must also have deeper pockets!!

In order to check the ground and rack balance. Place the level on the ground in front and behind your main stand, then on your base plate.
If the 3 read is more or less similar, it's the ground uneven.
