The pillion can be pist drunk not an issue. No charge or offence for the rider. The rider must not be drunk. If rider drunk (Sec 67(1) RTA applies)

just hope that the pillion doesn't helps you to counter steer lucky enough lo...don't throw up in the FF if one is worn..don't get the legs stucks in between the wheels..make sure the hands are on you're shoulder and no elsewhere..

Its nothing wrong to pillion a drunk person but personally if u ask me, i wnt do it unless its a drunk gal then find e shortest route possible to a nearby hotel n leave her in e room to sober up
