Good choice,

Well... I have both packed in my bike when I go Touring... the Tyre Plug is the best as it so call a high speed Tyre repair Kit (High Speed as usable above speed legal limit).

Worm aka Kao Hoon.. is good too as it's able to plug holes wider than 8mm... many many moons ago, even plugged a mates tyre with a 12mm hole!

Should you love to tour... get both and don't forget to purchase a device for a air pump.

At Motor world, they do retail a electric Air Pump which cost appox SGD$60... I have that and it has been a life saver to few of my mates ever since I got it...!

Cheers!

Oh never think of that, great to have. Size wise is it small?? My bike have much boxes for carrying stuff. Dont intend to get side box too, as riding through and flow heavy traffic everyday.

Bro, u can go to Autobacs to look for a small air compressor using 12V ciggie socket . Cost about less than $20 for one. Bought a tire repair kit at Autobacs with worms, 3 air cannister, 2 tire repair tools and a small piler in a small black pouch for less than $35 .

No hard feelings mate... ever had one of those... Burn out before I could fill up my tire, that's why... I got the one from Motorworld.

Yes, it's expensive (to me) but it's worth every penny... it could fill up to 42psi easily...

bro.. care to tell what happen?

I'm looking to purchase the gas cylinder ones and with the tire kit as I'm traveling north next month.. Care to share the pricing for the total damage? Does Motorworld sell the entire kit together with the gas cylinder as well?

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

Please proceed to this website/web link if you guys have any technical issues on Kawasaki Kips/KR150, I'll update the 1st POST as and when there's a new question. Newbies questions on the top as well. :)

I would'nt get the Gas Cylinders... Yes...it's light in weight... but imagine if you need just to fill up a few PSI.. you can't do with Gas Cylinders and They only can fill up Max to appox 23 - 24psi...

Not economical in the long run. As mentioned, Electric Pump from Motor world is the best to go should you travel up north now and then..

I just came back from Songkala Thailand, 4 days 3 nights... Solo up & down... with the kit in my bike, travel with ease of mind.

If you are worried what to bring along for trips up north, drop me a PM... I'm home till 6pm today and you could come over to see my Kit..

Cheers!

read on overseas forums that the spray fix-a-flat kind leaves alot of sticky residue on the rims.. makes life difficult for the mechanic wen installing new tyres.. plus i doubt it can fix bigger punctures compared to d traditional worm type...

A ride a day, keeps the doctor away!
