Side mount and steering mount.

Depending on what type you prefer. & definitely the more reknown the brand the higher the price.

There's also difference on the dampers for road and off road bikes. & all are good in their own way, depending how & what you want.

Other brands that I know of:

Scotts

Toby

Titax

GPR

Matris

Not all brands can fit any other bikes, as its only bike specific produce.

Lastly, the questions should be, what do you want it for on your the bike?

Bling factor? Or preventing tank-slap?

If u have the extra cash, just install.

that, should not be the way to splurge if one has the extra cash.

one should always do own's homework before committing on why there's a need to get that specific part or accessories. not because other has it, & you die die must get it too..

if there wasnt a need at all, that amount couldve spent on something else more rewarding?

then again, its your own hard earn money..

oh well....

我们都在不断赶路忘记了出路, 在失望中追求偶尔的满足..

Sometimes rear sus setting can cure your front wobbling problem....Make sure your rear sag is correct and most front shake problem is because of too slow of rebound....And add some compression as your rear might squat too much when accelerating....And is free if your have a fully adjustable sus....

both mounting got difference in performance?

Thinking of bling factor plus additional functions. like more adjustable variables

Most people dont adjust their suspension before buying a damper...Bling factor or no clue of how to adjust...Well...From my past experience...Those who really know about bike will talk about suspensions setting and etc...Those who doesn't...Will talk the exhaust, brake and etc..

For a start go YouTube and start learning on setting your sag...

You can have the best tires and brake...Without a good suspension and set correctly, you are not optimizing them....
