go for waterproof set.

ram mount is the way to go.

good no cheap,cheap no good.

 

decent garmin nuvi 500 with mounting,cables cost you about S$600

You can buy the Ram Mount from JK Commercial Singapore...He has a shop in UBI or Kaki Bukit and a very experienced guy sells them...you just need to tell him your model number and he will suggest youths ram mount you need to get...he doesn't install them though ..need your own mechanic to do that for you...
