There was once i saw an accident on PIE towards changi near to Lornie exit around 730 pm, so yeah it was peak hour traffic. It was just after the rain had stopped and the rider might have somehow slide on the white dotted lines and crashed in front of a car. good thing the car managed to stop in time due to the jam.As it happened like just 30 seconds before i arrived the scene i was thus the first rider to arrive, parked my bike to block the lane like 2 metres away with my lights on facing traffic (just in case one kayu driver drive into the both of us.)Called ambulance and tell them our location. Dragged the bike with the aforementioned driver to the roadside and the driver accompanied the rider while i rode off cos i was in a rush. The guy must have twisted his ankle or something so brought him to the side as well.

Well, what goes around comes around, to me i think that i well might have been me who has crashed and stand in need of others to help me..Thanks for starting the thread TS..

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...

First accident, people looked on, 2 bikers on a well maintained RXK helped me, gave me a ciggie and went off. Second accident, nobody helped but taxi was kind enough to stop on highway. In both cases got banglas on the scene but they just stared. Moral of the story, banglas are like tools, useless if its outside their purpose.

I always love riding and this is on of those times which i always tell my other family members one of the reasons why i love riding. I got into an accident on the 16th Nov and was lying on the ground as it was too painful to even stand. A rider saw me, stopped his bike at the junction with his pillion, ran over to help me up, carry my bike and pushed it to the nearest nearest petrol station 100m away. He only walked away with a smile and a thank you from me.

I will also stop to help a biker in need even when i'm driving as i know the feeling of going down.

anyway, my one year of riding have 4 times either skipped or contacted with another vehical are caused by 3 taxis and 1 prime mover. just beware of those vehical that make a living on the road.

taxis are loose canons / road terrorists, avoid them like the plague.

Dont worry bro, bikers will most likely stop to help other bikers.

It doesn't make any difference whether a motorcyclist has the right-of-way or not, the rider is the one most likely to get hurt.

A few days back along Pasir Panjang Road around 5.40pm somewhere outside the wholesale centre, a bike accident occured. I was hearten to see a grp of bikers helping out the injured rider.

I was guilty for not stopping as I'm rushing to my work place.

Help each other, who knows when you need their help too. :thumb:

last time when i had accident, no vehicles stop and help me. I feel so helpless and lost... :( so i tell myself if i ever saw a accident and it's safe to help, i'll help.

So there's this day when i was going home, i had to exit amk ave 3(turn right to sgn then hg). I was stopping at the red light, i saw this rider sitting on the ground, and the next sec is to find his bike. His bike slide across the yellow box and hit the curb at the opposite side. Apparently, he flew backwards after the impact from the taxi driver and the bike slide to the front.

I called up ambulance and TP. I wait n wait for them to come, help to snap pictures & control traffic too.. There's another rider stop and thought i was the pillion XD... Damn funny.

Next time i got accident must help me.... XD

My accident a few years back during peak hour traffic.

Car come out from minor road and hit me on major road.

Lucky impact was not that huge. My bike just topple with me to my right and I suffered some abrasions.

The C**K woman driver was stunned and did not do anything.

I controlled the traffic and signalled her to reverse back to the minor road. I picked up my bike and moved to the minor road also so as not to cause traffic obstruction.

Then spoke to the driver who still too stunned to say anything. I did all the talking...

Told her to report to her insurance company. After exchanging particulars told her to F**K off...

Bike cannot start called towing. Did all necessary... IDAC, bikeshop and go hospital get medical report and went home. Took me a few hours.

At home telling my wife I'm alright and she cooked me lunch.

Then while eating a BAS***D called... Never even asked about my condition...

Just told me not to report Police or insurance...

Told him... It's been hours and I've done all necessary and no need to report Police. Advised him to do the same.

BAS***D hanged up the call w/o any concern for me at all...

The next thing I did was to call the bikeshop and tell the boss to change watever he can.

I claimed medical and transportation also.

At the end of the claims... I was paid a few thousand dollars...

The point is if the BAS***D had shown a bit of concern... I wouldn't have being so EVIL... LOL...

I once stopped my bike along the shoulder to help a girl rider who had skidded her bike at expressway entrance slip road. Wet roads, heavy traffic.

Carb flooded, so I pushed her bike to shoulder and help her kick kick kick start the frakking thing. Drivers who passed by prob thought it was a multi bike accident, because they slowed down to rubberneck. Too bad the other cars coming out of the CTE tunnel behind didn't slow down. lulz.

End up, t'was a multi car pile up right in front of my eyes.

Till this day, I still think I may have been the indirect cause of an 8 car pile up on Lane 1 and 3 of the CTE behind Orchard.

CSB Dramatic.

I wouldn't say it's your fault. We all know how drivers love tailgating each other and slowing down to take pictures or videos of the accident. So, the cars piling up teaches them a lesson.
