sometimes alsoo see heng or suay..like if you're in east side..car and trucks and bike friendly..you don't lane split because of fear of hitting into their mirror or a little squeeze and just in the middle of the lane stationary, they also try to turn to left or right a little for you to pass..some even close up their mirrors..

 

but but but, if you ever go to marine parade katong all the rick wankers area with car plates SKA SKB SKC SKD, dream on that they would let you..including expressway..so one of my experiences was to tailgate a car on lane two going to 80-90km/h and i only managed to forced him out after a long stretched of tail gating..

 

coe is expensive, cars normally fall under the 1600cc and above..so from ska to skd, 95% merc, bmw, and blah blah..even with a small car don't know how the hell it appeared, it drove like nobody is on the expressway..either at a zig zag speed or a slow speed where he/she could actually moved to lane 3 or 4..

I think if a person has several licenses like e.g. a class 2b and a class 3, he/she will usually be more careful on the road, less reckless, look out more for drivers, riders and also more gracious.

 

Letting people in when they signal, signalling yourself, checking blindspots when you lane change, waving thank you.

 

I think its a good thing to have several licenses and i hope we meet more gracious and careful drivers and riders on the road.

Clueless b!tch stepped in front of while i was riding. Thank God i didn't hit her but merely low slided. And yes, she just stood and froze as if she just saw a monster d!ck waving in front of her face. Finally, she ran away from the scene without any word of apologies/ help provided.

In the real world i could not have claimed from her at all unless there was a witness. But the least was she could have said sorry. Oh well, everytime i see someone at the side of the road i will slow down and prepare to brake.

A few days ago I saw an accident. Jay walker cross the road on green light as wave was approaching, stupid or what I don't know. Poor rider couldn't stop in time due to jay walker stupidity and siam the jay walker, end up hit the jay walker hand and skidded. ****ed up part is, jay walker did not even help. Just give that **** face look at the fallen rider and keep swinging her hand, telling everyone she in pain. I was at a nearby coffeeshop so I immediately got up and ran to help the poor dude. But before I could reach there he picked his bike up and rode off without any complains lol.

 

The lady was a middle aged woman. Looked like a mother to me. Imagine if her son was riding and this happen.. wonder how she will feel then. What has happened to the empathy of sporeans.. ppl can even have the heart to hit and run, leaving someone to die there.. sad sad world

Ego bruised as i skidded in front of a bus stop during light drizzle. No one helped me except for a white hyundai i30 driver who thought HE had knocked into me. I clarified and said he wasn't involved. Turned back and saw the lady disappeared.

I remembered the incident was at wee hrs when i was returning from 2nd link. about 4++am... At 1st I also dont know what to do, my instincts just tell me to do control traffic la, to calm both driver and rider, to call ambulance. Of cos, many drivers drove/rode by and didnt stop until a kind rider thought that im the pillion. With his assistance, both of us do the necessary things such as lifting the bike up and push to 1 corner(not me hehe). TP came, took down our statements, and we left at 7am. i was soooo sleepy then LOL..

 

 

This car vs bike battle will never improved. We have changed ourselves to ensure our survival on the roads. impossible to change them. The situation has gotten worse too. Nowadays the van, lorries n pickup are already joining the battles. I noticed they are speeding on lane 1 too. They dont care at all. They even tailgat smaller cc bikes to frighten them off so that they can drive undisturbed.

well i worked at Ubi, personally i think that it is a good training for myself to squeeze in-between the cars. When I saw massive jams in CTE , PIE anywhere else, I was not afraid to squeeze. sorry a bit off topic here.

 

back to topic, there's many jaywalkers in ubi area. esp after they alight from the bus and wanted to cross over.

the other day, i was coming(riding) out of my building, i gonna turn right. lanes are cleared so i turned and almost knocked onto this jaywalker. Like i said lanes are cleared so she cross too. Really thank god that a fella pulled her back. and i also stopped.

 

i also met alot of road bullies in ubi... i think it would be kinda off topic from this thread..

last time when i had accident, no vehicles stop and help me. I feel so helpless and lost... so i tell myself if i ever saw a accident and it's safe to help, i'll help.

 

So there's this day when i was going home, i had to exit amk ave 3(turn right to sgn then hg). I was stopping at the red light, i saw this rider sitting on the ground, and the next sec is to find his bike. His bike slide across the yellow box and hit the curb at the opposite side. Apparently, he flew backwards after the impact from the taxi driver and the bike slide to the front.

 

I called up ambulance and TP. I wait n wait for them to come, help to snap pictures & control traffic too.. There's another rider stop and thought i was the pillion XD... Damn funny.

 

Next time i got accident must help me.... XD

Just booked out from camp this morning, went to the nearest petrol station and pump my tyres.

 

Pumped the front tyres, den i had a hard time pumping the back tyre, dunno why also.

 

At there trying for around 10mins, alot of cars went past, a rider came up to me and tell me maybe need to press the button which states ' flat tyre only'

 

Pumped the rear and it's full.. went infront and touched the front tyre, noticed it's not as full as the back 1.. so decided to use his method and pump both tyres again..

 

Anyone actually used that method? Gave him a 'thanks' sign after i ride off.
