i would like to know if install a rear disk brake on a honda wave can pass bike inspection?

It's definitely illegal but I am sure no one will take notice of it.

Funny right? Disc brake supposed to be better than drum cause its got better traction. Why will they say no?

It's because its a safety aspect, vehicles manufactures have r&d facilities and engineers to test the setup, but when you do it yourself, it's a big risk that the set up may fail when most needed.

Just my $0.02 :)
