Hi, was wondering can the other service shop service DCT models?

hopefully next week will be able to collect the bike... i will surely ask them wad are the items that the warranty claim is entitled to and have everything written black and white... if say the items which can be claim doesn't seem to be of value with the short interval and high pricing of the servicing, i would just void the warranty by following the manual's service instructions.

 

 

 

lets some simple math of millage and cost of service within a year, with the bare minimum millage and assuming its only EO & Oil filter change at $150 :

50km -> to and fro to work

50km X 7(days) = 350km/week

350km X 4(weeks) = 1400km/mth

1400km X 12(months) = 16800km/year

16800km / 4000km(interval according to log card) = abt 4 times servicing by them in a year

4 X $150 = $600

 

ok so the bare minimum amt of money we spent on servicing according to log card itself already cost us $600 as compared to only $150(minimum change of only eo & oil filter, 12000km interval according to manual)

 

lets not forget that stunts from shops saying that certain parts defects are not covered. so guys a bare minimum of an extra $450 cost on servicing... do you think the warranty is worth it? for me is 50/50, wads ur opinion? isit ok if someone with the log card can show us a pic of it so we can look at the details on it?

hey bro.. saw at international forum.. the S and X series.. all givi and hepco becker are compatinle with one another.. so i guess it must be the same for the rest of the racks brands..

 

btw u bought form BS??

 

hopefuly wad chan from m technik could deliver wad they said.. been waiting for them since mid may.. hmmph..

when i asked the sales man he give me a number to call the mech, when i ask the mech he say everything cannot install =.=" wth... den i say box how? he say put rain coat ah? can... Zzzz this is some real half f answer... but one thing for sure, horn cant install wth! and some other stuff that you had mentioned... just came back after collecting and riding for 4hrs no butt pain or back ache problems, nice bike to ride... how exactly to run in? max speed i went is 82, tt is ok ya? there's tons of stains at the rear of my bike and some on my front radiator already... a rear hugger and front fender extender seems to be a must have, but not sure if it would void the warrenty man this sucks...

i checked with mtech about the price of the h&b main stand, its abt 3xx omg~

h&b crash bar $260, im taking this

pyramid fender extender $40, im taking this too

h&b rack + junior 45l top box $490, likely to take also

if u want h&b xplorer the rack sld be 260 and top case is abt 570

pyramid hugger is ard 2xx, gotta see how it looks before deciding to get or not

i asked for radiator protector but he say most likely dont have, and i tink my radiator has a small damage already! crap!

The radiotor guard i ordered from godsendwerk meshing.. its a CMO stuff from garage sale section..
