I think you will see it in the first quarter of next year already. japanese works different from the european. When they announced new bike model at bike show, it is already in production n ready to serve the world. While the european didnt even started production yet.

Just received info that Honda AD might not bring in and only through parallel importer. Not sure how true.

Just hope the pricing wont be too much more from the current NC700X.

Just imagine If the premium you pay is too much higher or at similar pricing to other bike models??

I wonder if its still worth while to wait and worst if they no longer have NC700X in stock. Then LL get at higher pricing for a few horses extra?.

IMHO, If you need or want higher horses or power, get other bikes. Forget about NC7. Even the NC750 is not as powerful as other 600's and will never satisfy the thirst for speed and power...

Since NC7 is a class 2 bike, i believe most who choose this bike now has ever owned other speed demons and much more powerful, faster bikes before, but now has decided to settled down for a more economical , affordable and easy to maintain bike that can be used comfortably daily and also can have the occasional touring trips up north or even some light trails.

But Honda also mentioned :

1) they adjusted transmission to be noticeably taller so that cruising on highway can be at lower RPM. Save fuel

2) Added another counter balancer so that at high rev, vibes reduced.

3) All these done w/o sacrificing the existing great low end.

Hence the xtra 7hp & 0.7kg of torque translate a fair bit of improvements.

Any idea on the machine price at this point?

haha, well said, same sentiments...

Whenever i mention e bikes that i am looking at.. My fren also tell me why u tapai look at low power but fuel saving bike.....

But for me the practicality of fuel saving is being use everyday... E full potential of a high horse powered bike can only be enjoyed during NSHW runs... Which I doubt I will be doing very often so wats e point...

Hi Nick

Thanks for the advise. But I'm afraid I might misinterpret my intentions. I've come to greatly admire the aesthetics of the bike, along with its other feature like FC, price tag and ample compartments. I'm hell-bent on getting this bike due to theses features alone.

The only hiccup is when it comes to power, which I could live with. But if there is anything that could be done to improve that area, I would love to know, hence the link reference I posted earlier hoping somebody have some thoughts about it. I'm not fully convinced that the nc700 is not designed to rev like other bikes, when you can have kapchais modded to become racing bikes.

I'm just hoping somebody have some Serious input regarding this. And not simply advice on getting another bike.

Peace.

Haha. Me too. That's why I got a used one. Heheh

Hi guys, any recommendations on which shop to get the frugal, economical, NC700X? Had plenty of survey done, this machine might be the ideal choice for my long-term, cruising workhorse. Kindly advise. Thanks...

Try Bike Production .... Cheaper I hear (not sure about the price) but after sales service some say sucks or not so great if you don't mind.
