Hi there

Thinking of getting the above mentioned and desperately need some feedback.

Wonder what's the feedback so far in terms of bike and Hiap Aik Trading's service since it seems that they are the only one to turn to for maintenance and repair. Are the main & repair costs high since they are like the monopoly here?

Appreciate thanks.

This 3 wheel is very underrated here in Singapore due to the low publicity.

But I have a very close friend who just bought this scooter and he swear by this scooter in terms of ease of ridability and safety.

Moreover this scooter is also been used by various big organisation.

ie post office, Ministry of Env etc. It is pretty much proven.

Hiap Aik in my impression are a very down-to-earth shop run by father, sons and relatives.

Its easy to build a good long rapport with them in the long run of ownership of PGO.

ps, PGO newest models are quite nice too...

*thats all my 2cents worth... hehe

Also how does this one handle while cornering with 2 rear wheels? How does this compare to the the Piaggio MP3 ?

If you buy this scooter please do post your experiences.

Riding with 80km/h is a breeze with the latest model called I ME 150 3 wheeler from PGO scooters.

Top speeds over 100km/h is not an issue, but this bike is not build for high speed, use it for leisure riding & everyday point A to point B scooter. Cruising on SG expressways on 90km/h is not a problem.

I got TR3 last year brand new from Hiap Aik. As Alvin has mentioned, it's very good for point A to B kind of trip. Good cruising speed at 80 km/h. No problem going 100.

Safe n easy to ride. However you will need to get use to it as it is different from a 2-wheeler.

Have it for 1.5 years, no problem crops up except for weak battery due to non riding as I use it during weekends only. :)

So far only travelled 2600 km.....

I used to have a 2008 MP3 250cc. Bike has great handling except one issue. Intermittent fault on front wheel lock mechanism, the ECU that controls the levelling actuator. Sad to say I went to local agent . Guess! what, they told me it cost $1000+ for ECU. Parts not available and no gurantee that fault is completely rectified. It just amazed an agent has no confidence and no parts. Good or bad is up to judgment.

I did check with other riders and some do have other types of faults but no furthur detials on costs and service info.

I still like it but very very weary of it. Hope you buy a healthy one!
