Is there any law that forbids us to modify the bike to become a hybrid IF we do not change the engine?

(ie: engine not opened, engine cc not changed, exhaust pipe stock.)

Other than Nitrous Oxide, don't think there's any actual rules governing the use of propellant. Mmm, how are you going to convert though?

Once you have your plans, do share them with us. I see two glaring issues that you might face. How to get the electric motor to drive the rear wheel and where will you get your computer to automatically switch from petrol to electric.

Unless you want to make it into a 'dumb' machine where you have to manually switch from electric motor to petrol engine. Even so, you will have issues with the number of batteries you can mount on your bike.
