IMO and tested for Avon Cobra almost a month, find it quite sticky on the road and did a few nice 'unstressed' corners...hehhe

 

price wise quite pricey...ard $500 with installations and balancing.

U can't go wrong with either Avon Venom or Metzeler ME880 on a sporty...

I am on Avon Venom..... super sticky tires.... great tires but worn out fast and pricey.

I haven't, waiting to go for my 1st servicing in 400km. I have no idea y it flickers when my bike gets too hot.

ohhh no no no, 1st servicing is at 4000 km, but I think I'll go at 1600 km which is 400km more for mine.

I think for a meet up to happen all we need is any group more than 3. As long as there is 3 we should proceed.

 

Cause this is the problem of starting any group, we have a wait and see attitude.

 

I have been so busy overseas and once there is an indication of venue and timings, we might be able to proceed.

 

How about Sunday afternoon? Now the question is where and time?

Guys, if anyone is interested i'm organizing a 'virgin' ride for a friend. This will be on Sunday 12th Aug in the afternoon. Details are not locked down but it'll tentatively be from 2.30pm till about 7.30pm.

 

The route is not fixed yet, but it won't be too taxing, hence good for folks new to Malaysia.

 

If anyone is keen wet their feet let me know by PM

 

This will be a small group ride this round, so please know me know asap if you are keen. Excluding my friends and I, we'll have space for 2 more bikes. Sorry if this seems a little be restrictive, but i will try to organize a larger ride in future.

First hand 883 OTR should be about 20k+... First hand bike nothing to look out for. Its covered by warranty so it should be pretty safe. Just make sure that's the bike you wanna roll out first hand. Honestly, go try the 1200 first, i personally feel 883 is a bit underpower. And as far as I know, first hand harley can only get from HDS, no parallel import. I might be outdated though

I got mine a few months back at 24k+- OTR with the sportster promo. I think the deal is still on, check with HDS!
