Hi sir,i currently am looking to sell my LX150ie.orange in color,FBE plate.registration date aug 2010.comes with original vespa chrome plated front bumper and original vespa black rubber mat worth more than $500.looking at $8000 full cash or u can carry on with instalments at $174 per mth for another 34mths plus $2000 cash.pm me if interested.thanks.

Hey guys.. need some help.. Im intending to take class 2B and get a vespa when i pass.. BUT! im so worried i can't reach and the bike weight would be too heavy for me to handle.

I'm very short about 1.49cm and small size girl.. I always wanted to get a bike license but this problem have always stop me from doing it..

 

Now i think i would have the courage to do it but still worried i might give up half way la..

 

So pls help and advise if possible.. Thank u!

go find a vespa and test sit on it, see if both or either 1 of your foot can reach the ground and able to balance anot. If non of your feet able to touch the ground when sit on it. hmm then u better consider again. just my point of view =)

vespa got no tank mah... stop at traffic light just get up the seat and stand. shouldn't be a problem.

I have a 2009 registered GTV 125 here... when moving at constant throttle, it sometimes got the "power cut" feeling... how to describe, like i off then on back throttle, just not so extreme.

 

Spark plug was just changed not long ago... total mileage 8000+km only.

What could be the problem?

Tried a vespa, it is a little higher than the other scooters but stanco is right, it's easy to stand while on the scooter. height doesn't really hurt

Many auto Vespas are having fuel pump issues ... chech with the agent if yours is one of them that needs a new fuel pump

There are several Vespa models out there. Try sitting on them to see how you feel. Then also note that u can reduce the seat height slightly etc. Let me know if u need help.

may i know at what speed do you encounter the power cut?

Any speed also got, more noticeable above 70kmh. It's just like a hiccup, comes intermittently.

Hi, I'm riding a Class 2 Bike that is very big, and I'm interested to get a reasonable priced Vespa to ride around.

 

I would prefer it to have electric start.

 

What year Vespa would you recommend? I'm interested in PX150 or PX200 style. And What kind of price should I pay if I were to pay cash?

Hi,

I have a Vespa ET8 125cc which broke down last week.

Apparently the engine blew up and the shop ask for SGD 1,000+ for repair. Issue though, finding spare parts.

I think that might be really expensive and can nor really believe that.

I wanted to ask whether you can advise to go for repair, try to sell or scrap it.

The general condition of the bike is rather week to be honest. COE still valid for 18 month, not renewable.

 

I would appraciate any advise.
