Now i still waiting for LTA to call me.

Hope tomorrow they will give me an ans.

 

No prob. Glad to be of help. sometimes we should use e authorities to help us. It is impt to learn an understand wat is our rights and approach e matter in a civilized manner. Dun just becoz its ur right then attitude, it wont work.

I think if u ve not, can just make police report first. It is just a precaution. Get a case id so tat if need follow up can ve shorter reaction time.

 

If later case close (other pple fault) can go update police report, close e case, then submit e police report to media to share with everyone this crime risk. ^^

 

 

just to share, i encounter before when i lane split, this car beside suddenly wind down window scream at me accusing me of scratching his car. this was few days back. I noe i not in e wrong so let him take down my number hp and number plate and tell him carry on.

 

Called me to accused again and demand tat i pay up else go insurance. Told him no case and carry on. Went to police station to make report and stated my situation with e remarks tat he is trying to make false accusation.

 

Again he called me and warn again saying give me last chance. Told him i already make police report and e details tat i provided including my opinion tat he is accusing me falsely. Also reverse warn him to stop calling me else it will become a civil harassment case. Told him if he wan just go claim insurance and he doesnt ve a case even if he pay for investigation.

 

basically any legal investigation cost will subsequently be footed by e offender but becoz he was trying to "eat" me so i use e police arm to help me.

 

In ur case it is possible to first make a police report first in anticipation of a possible crime in progress similar to my case though e scenario is diff.

I think late 30s early 40s. His fren and 2 children was on e car too and he scream at me like i dunno how to describe. Basically not a expression u will see on an adult and dun wan to show ur kids la.

Sadly i dun ve high hopes for e current gen of children age

 

but i also believe it is due to e bias human perception to notice e bad things more often. Lol

Should ask for e reason. Becoz now they say it like they give u chance. Then become in future u wan appeal they will say they give u "chance" before.

 

But of coz not everyone will like me go find "trouble" :/
