Balong bike ship along changi road

This bike shop is full of ****...

Brought my bike down for repair, clutch having some problem.

1st he say change cable can settle... After changed, I ride my bike off. Problem not settle.

2nd he say clutch pad problem, open the whole box and change. All done, I rode off..

Fxxking hell,problem still there.....

When back for the 3rd time, he strip down further.... Don't know what he did, I went for lunch.... Was told ready to go when I'm back..

Took over the bike and rode off, AGAIN problem not solve... But decided to ride further to see any more problem....

Then clutch area start smoking, gear box also damn noisy... Sounded like loose gears moving inside...

Fxxking pissed off by now, the bike is worse than before i send in for repair, so went back to the shop and started arguement with the mec...

He told me all sort of ****....

" i already done my best",

" u waited so long complain what, i keep redoing ur bike i also never complain"

Loads more.... Too pissed to type out all..

 

Then tell me to leave the bike there for him to check.

he treat it as its his bad day to kena a bike like this... Will check and inform me what things need to be done..

WTF!!!! Spent 4 hours and money for a condition far worse than before. Now still need to wait and pay more...

But I don't have a choice, left my bike there.....

Now waiting for his call....

 

I don't intend to flame any shop.

Just wish to share my exp with fellow bikers....

Believe or not, up to u....

i kena bad experience from them many years ago

 

brought a wave125 to repair, in the end dunno what they do, problem still exists. then when i ask to show proof of part changes (they said they changed xxx part) then they took a part out of their store and showed it to me, said this was from my bike. then i realised they were lying cos confirm that item not from my bike.

 

paid them then left, and never returned.

To prevent this, always ask for your old parts to be returned.

 

My regular mechanic always shows and returns me the old parts.Sometimes I keep them for fun, sometimes I dump it as I leave the shop.
