sad to say my s4 only show until 190kmph.. not like sp 240kmph. =( so i think impossible for my s4 to hit 215kmph.

Good and bad is just the difference between perceptions.

haha...well atleast for my experience...my cruising speed for sp was 80km/h while my s4 was 100km/h so if i were to 100km/h with my sp i can feel like my bike doin extra work...that's good enough for me...80 to slow for highway cruising....

i can go fm my house at punggol to woodlands check point & maintain on average 120-140km/h according to sp meter at rpm 6.8 - 7.5.. all the way.. very smooth.. tts my normal cruising speed.. ;)

aiya,cheapskate le...can go jb pump mah...haha...

tonight 9pm @ KKFC...come lei...want see ur s4...

huh??

my s4 is just a normal AY plate black vtec1 with rusty verS showa suspensions, a mudguard with a hello kitty sticker on it and a 48L nonfango box

surely you can figure it out lah :cheeky:

kite, buy over the tong la. haha sell ur s4. then u classic liao! haha

dont want lah! i tried the lc tong liao, nice bike.

but im too young for the bike. such a legend requires a rider with the legendary stories to tell.

i cannot! im younger than the bike!

guoren: i see how long u can tahan the wave to sch daily. hahaha.. put some entertainment system pls!!!

at least i held out for 10 months!

dont put the sound system please! dont fry the electronics!

use a mp3 player instead....

ren - put box behind , front basket x 2 ( one between your leg and one infront ) upz !!! confirm you don't have to carry anything anymore :)

mod your pipe like fnee's one la , at else not so boring .. got motard sound . :-)

the front basket is rather useless, but the center one is good!

and dont go and tong the pipe, it is useless, you will get exactly the same performance (except the sound) because the cdi automatically corrects the difference.

bert actually has the center basket in his home. remb to take from him!

Top speed tested till 215km/h

wah. more powerful than s4 lei. ~ ha

where got, my s4 till 299km/h ok.

cos it starts from 100 and ends at 280

fly: ur sg petrol promotion finish alrd? wan go jb for petrol later??

or anyone?

today last day, still can pump!

JB another day lah, the rain is dampening everything

definitely sp's meter is not accurate la. 215km/h on sp meter is very impressive already. even 2a's meter is also not 100% accurate.

maybe just yours lah.... mine is very accurate.

tested along a honda civic 1.8!

sad to say my s4 only show until 190kmph.. not like sp 240kmph. =( so i think impossible for my s4 to hit 215kmph.

why not 215?

redrev + micron fullsys + yoshi carbs = 215km/h anytime

bet you didn't know that at 6th gear, 11,000rpm ald 180km/h liao.

u got 250cc more advantage.

its totally different!

Good and bad is just the difference between perceptions.

flykite: sure not?? yours analogue meter leh.. civic digital meter leh..

hendra87: lol.. its brembo wad.. brembo replica. hahaha..

analog means buay zhun meh?

it depends on the cable mah. for s4, there is no speedo cable, it is use sensor one, and calibrated upon the engine revs + stock sprocket settings, not wheel speed.

therefore as long as i am using stock settings i will get a very correct speedo reading.

wth 215km/h....haha...

confirm bo sp can reach even 200km/h.....?

my s4 at most i test until 160...

i think speedo got problem leh...hehe..

my speedo meter i took out the needle n put it back.. then my speed all change haha.. i can go 200... b4 i tempt wit it my bike max was 160-165.. so the actual max speed is 160 la.. but since i temp wit it its 200..

i can go fm my house at punggol to woodlands check point & maintain on average 120-140km/h according to sp meter at rpm 6.8 - 7.5.. all the way.. very smooth.. tts my normal cruising speed.. ;)

if last gear n rpm is 5 my bike is travelling at 80-90.. i followed car n see.. how i see if i going above hundred is i take the first lane n follow a fast car.. most probably he would be going at 100-110.. my bike will show 130-140.. see.. very hard to see speed accurate unless u use digital..

i tested wit a R1 & k7.. theirs is obviously digital meter.. wen i'm goin 120 their meter shows 110.. so i know sp is not tt accurate.. but the diff is not much n since i've tried wit many sp n Tzm, i'm sure.. my sproket settings r chosen by me for a semi potted block.. i changed 4 diff settings to feel comfortable wit this one.. wen i follow ma fren his top on sp is arnd 170-180, same as mine on my 2nd last gear.. that means i still hav 1 more gear to play wit..

n if pick up a tzm or sp finishes his 1st gear n goes to the next i still haven't completed mine, advantage @ pick up n top if u know how to play wit half clutch.. cheerz.. ;)

haha the difference gets larger at higher speeds.
