depends if the previous owner maintained the bike well.. coz i dun tink bikeshop will maintain for u.. tats y they give warranty..

which shop u got frm??? the tyres maybe can get.. but did they do balancing for u?

unless u say unique nv treat u well enuff.. their mechs also quite skillful. ..

they starting to let me trust them after my first service lo..

u can ask kelvin to help u check tis n that for free..

price seems resonable to me.. some things cheaper some things slightly more ex.. but most impt is the service is good and they know their stuffs.. u wun mind paying abit more.. =)

 

some shop cheap cheap but they do things like 1 kind lidat..

 

 

btw change steering cone got a few reason..

 

- either steering become v.loose means got problem(u can feel de lah)

- either steering cone bearing chui

- just wana change it to get the new shiok feeling of the bearing(like me lidat haha..)

no la bro. not cos of accident. the bearings inside the steering cone will wear off. then when u press in ur front brake, the fork will tremble alot. and when u do cornering, the steering will become like very loose. very dangerous =x i wana change tyre also bro. where u wan? hkl or unique? go together la! tml? =)

either a full service.. or better an overhaul...

but if really wanna have a gd fc.. use stock parts..

n also.. tyre pressure does affect in fc also, chain & sprockets wear n tear..

all these affects it. =)

coz from wat i know.. the previous owner of tis bike in 2005 had quite a jialat FC... =x n the 2T always anyhw shoot one..

u still facing this problem?
