2T is a liquid base lubricant that is used to coat/lubricate the piston, preventing it from seizing.. it is essential in all 2 stroke bikes. hope this helps..

yes yes.. port carb and block.. or change carb like 759 to 38mm type 1.. but take note the fc will be high~ if u r rich to burn those petrol den go ahead:thumb:

water in liquid state is the best for transferring heat from the engine to the radiator, then to the atmosphere.. the boiling point of water is at 100 degree C at atmosphere pressure and water started to expand.. therefore there is a need to increase the pressure to increase its boiling point..

that is why if u inspect the radiator cap, there is a spring and a rubber seal on it. this is to keep the pressure intact.. diff radiator hav diff spec.. therefore in the mkt, there are 0.9, 1.0 and 1.1 bars of radiator cap..

if the water keep overflow from the cap of the radiator, less water is in radiator and more air in the radiator..

the method u mention dun help in the solving of problem.. instead is worsen..

i understand u saw the bike shop mech like to rev the bike abit while filling the radiator is to rev out the trapped air pockets..

for this problem, the water in the radiator will be lessen.. over time the expansion and contraction of coolant due to riding and cooling will draw the coolant from the reservoir.. after some time the water in the reservoir will use up and even more air will draw into the radiator..

piston seize/jam may occur cos of bad cooling, causing by the piston overheated..

 

hmm .. i didnt mention bout filling the radiator with air?

i juz feel the radiator is overfilled and juz tot tat lessening a lil water would help.

 

as u said there are specific bars on the cap..

and since there is water overflowing, i assume the pressure is too high therefore too much water?

 

if a rider is able to monitor the bike properly (temp gauge) and the 2t intake is adequate..

a piston seize or jam would not be tat easy to occur due to bad cooling for the radiator alone?

and also assuming that the radiator is workin at its 60 or 70 it wud be kinda visible on the temp guage (assuming the temp guage is fine) and a frequent rider shud be able to spot it

 

in conclusion wad i m trying to say is water too much overflow?

let some water out and not too much.. or juz let it overflow till it doesnt

at the same time monitor the temp and keep the liquids at the usual levels

 

and not fill the radiator with air!

well.. tuning ur bike does help.. but if u wan fast how fast can u go? or how fast u dare to go? 180? depend on how u ride it 1.. dun wan fc high den dun port carb n block...wan pick up fast n high torque there are alot of sacrifice will make..use fast throttle lor n more petrol lor.. right lost28?
