I see so actually it's quite normal to have scratches for piston and block?

 

not say normal lah.. its like how you take care of it.. proper 2t, a good piston ring.. when you know you cannot over rev dont do it, a loose/spoiled conrod will also cause scratches~ you must personally see your block inside, some scratches untill so deep, some are not.

 

I could not find SP block picture on google so.. i took some other model of how it should look like inside when it is damage..

Look at the wall of the block. Take note it is not SP block.. just to show you how it should look like only..

all 2T produces smoke. There's no such thing as which one produces the least smoke. it is something to do with your 2T jet.

castrol and penzoil almost same. not say bad just that dont really hear stories of it.

I use moutol 710. mine is FR plate. I think i have powercut but i can rev up to 12k rpm dont get cheap 2T please dont...

Untill now i still dont know how to see who got powercut.. or how to feel got powercut...

that... i dont know why, but my block is polished, i saw and personally seen it before and after~

here are a few pics of my old, seized, not original piston~ take note the one line down scratches on it, that is the effect when seized, NO JAM, jam is the top of the piston cracked or deep cut!

 

PS: That box is my current piston~ shows that it is not a local piston, made in thailand

i am a supporters of AGL but only 1 of the shop. Others not a supporter...

i myself also got shop in sg quite close to me too, so i standby class 2a and 2 liao lol.

anyway jus to let all of u know , i have never seen my bike block or piston before .. in fact i hardly even see them change engine oil if i can help it .

how come you never see them change or service your bike?? i mean how is that possible not to keep an eye on your bike...?

I know AGL some shop fked up.. I only support ONE of my shop.. because its a long years related situation. I dont go other shops in AGL, like ah boy, and some few shops above..

Not all shops are so black-hearted. Last time Kok Seng's mechanic drop my bike. I had to leave my bike there for 1 week for them to respray it. Quality was good, as compared to my original paint.
