Hi everyone... Went to Mah today and was quoted $14k excluding insurance or the 300cc... Seems like the price keep increasing.

Yup. As you can see from the first pic that I've uploaded, the yellow sticker is visible when the parking brake is engaged. The differences to the prototype that I've spotted were the addition of the hazard lights button and dampers for the rear box and seat. Also the air filter configuration seems to be a little different however I believe it's just a minor routing of the air intake inlet. Overall the quality of build is better in the final product. I personally feel that the seat is a bit too wide and low.

The moral of the rampant bookings without knowing the exact price shall indicate to the supplier there are demands as normally shall equal to higher retails price..........supply and demand ........probably they also get to keep the booking fees should someone back off from the deal.....

Earlier it was mentioned that the ADTre 200 m/c price was $10k. With current COE at about $1.8k plus road tax and total amount is close to $12k excludes insurance.

 

The ADTre 300cc now as feedback by forumers at $14K excludes insurance is about 2k less against the 200cc.....

 

Meantime shall keep my AD200 ride till the pricing is stablisied.....

I changed my booking from 200 to 300, and the price actually is not firmed yet. They only promised that not more then 14k OTR with 2nd party insurance.

As for Cayennurff's, not nice to disclose here but can safely say less the 10.5k machine price set by Mah.

 

Why not, if we can gather enough interested parties, we can approach them to ask for a better discount ^_^.

For your case what was promised to you? Is not the change of sales rep does really matter as is still coming from the same company policy....

 

You seem to be mislead in believing by putting down a $100 booking fee shall have all the privileges or entitlement.. Whatever transpired between you both and was it documented into the contact?.... Now is seems to be yours words against the sales rep....

 

Is all sales talk....its the role of the sales in conviencing you or actually you already convince him by early bookings with mouth pricing....

 

Probably you could react by getting all to do withdrawal from buying the AdTres and that maybe that could send the signal for the distributor to re-consider the pricing..

You have a point, my impulse worked against me. But I think all is not lost I will go down and nego with the them why sub distributor can give lower price then main distro.
