so meaning if i change racing foot rest, to up gear i have to kick upwards and downgear i'll kick down right? cause standard footrest i believe is step to up gear.

Yes, that's the way for racing foot rest.

 

 

I might be wrong to say this, but racing foot rest is troublesome when going for inspection?

Though the stock footrest is step down the front pedal to up gear, one'll get used to it sooner or later.

A bike can go up till 200km/h, can the rider go up till 200km/h o_O

just change back from racing footrest to stock, nth beats stock footrest on comfort =D seriously after 1 year with racing footrest, i regret why didnt i change it early.
